FIFA TESTARÁ TECNOLOGIA NO GOL EM AMISTOSO DA INGLATERRA / FIFA WILL TEST TECHNOLOGY ON GOAL IN ENGLAND MATCH.

FIFA said on Thursday during congress session held in Budapest, Hungary, the use of goal-line technology will be tested on the 2nd June at Wembley Stadium, where England will receive in Belgium at Euro warm-up, scheduled to take place between June 8 and 1July.

In comparison, the technology called the Hawk-Eye, will be put to the test by independent laboratory testing EMPA, accredited by FIFA in the last 16 days tested the same in a game of minor place in an amateur competition in England.

These tests together with the matches that were made in the Danish Championship through the system “GoalRef”,, which is another that serves to test the technology on the goal line, will be analyzed by the International Board (the agency that controls the rules of football) in meeting extraordinary FIFA on July 2.
At the time, the use of this technology may be approved by the entity.
Before being approved or disapproved, these technologies will be analyzed in the laboratory to determine its functionality in different environmental conditions and techniques; field, in which shots are fired repeatedly, and in training, to assess how the system behaves with different players around him.

FIFA has stressed on Thursday that the tests will be conducted in the next two days, at Wembley Stadium, will have no influence on the outcome of the confrontation between England and Belgium, even if it happens a bid where there is doubt whether the ball passed or not by the goal line. The organization pointed out that the referee of the match will not be informed about and that only later any questions regarding this type of thing will be settled by the use of technology.

The test of the technology in goal in a game involving England are remember by the  fans the English Arbitration error that ended up being decisive in favor of Germany before the England team in the round of World Cup 2010 in South Africa in occasion, when the score 2-1 pointed to the Germans at the end of the first time, arbitration has not validated a goal scored by Lampard in a bid in which the midfielder covered the German keeper and saw the ball hit the crossbar, drop in the target and then exit the goal.

It was already past the hour; football needs to use technology to correct many mistakes. There are examples of what was thought, would delay the game, complicated, would diminish the luster, and other buzzwords, and it was debunked.

Today we know that these services are necessary for us, because the player’s physical conditions are much more professional than 50 years ago, today we have the highest technology in the service of physical preparation, arthroscopies of knees that make the athlete walking when they leave the hospital.

Yesterday I was watching the game from Corinthians and Vasco and Corinthians goalkeeper that was kicked up the ball in the hands of Vasco goalkeeper, and just as naturally, in our time, the goalkeeper kicked the ball barely reached the line of the field, not to mention who ran 3-4 miles a game, now we run the double at least.

We have a tent that enhances the fitness attitude, while sleeping, and exercise machines that are the professional athlete conditioning machines, robots seem to. So why not use technology to suppress errors due to failure and even the "intentional."

I would love to see it was a technology that detects the club president who uses guile in his club, that hobo who takes advantage of the sport, but this would revolutionize the sport called football, certainly.

FIFA asks Englands legislators to prove the charges of corruption/FIFA pede que legisladores ingleses provem as acusações de corrupção.

GENEVA - FIFA has asked British regulators to prove the allegations of corruption were made against a entity, since the country lost the election for the choice of the headquarters of the World Cup 2018. Since then, several reports of vote buying, which also involve the choice of Qatar as headquarters of the World in 2022 were made against the agency that runs the football world.

On Tuesday, in a letter published on the website of the FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke said John Whittingdale, who chairs the sports committee of the British Parliament, claiming that politicians "should act and talk about the facts, and not without headlines
foundation '.

Valcke Whittingdale criticized for failing to update the committee's report after the former journalist Phaedra Almajid dropped charges of bribery made on the choice of Qatar to host the 2022 World Cup.
It claimed responsibility for the complaints made to journalists from The Sunday Times of London that members of the FIFA Executive Committee had received $ 1.5 million (about U.S. $ 2.3 million) to vote in China.

'One thing the press is not interested in stories that eliminate headlines earlier made by so-called investigative journalists, but something else entirely different is your committee to overlook this turnaround, "noted Valcke.

Whittingdale responded by saying that his committee publishes report on updates only the evidence submitted to it, while the retraction of Almajid was made through a press release. The commander also said the investigation will send a formal reply to Valcke.

'We publish the evidence given to us. We said it was true or false, just said what needed to be investigated. It seems to be the most reasonable thing to do. If we had not done this, I believe that the complainant would never have made his apology, "he noted.

Let's see how it goes this "proof" that FIFA is asking. What we see is a total discredit to the institution and rightly so, in cases like this happens in Japan, someone already would have killed himself, to wash the honor.

But this is happening right in Swiss and I remember one fact from the Second World War, that no bomb has exploded in the country, and they were at the middle of the war. Why? I really like to know.

BBC airs today report that shows Teixeira admitting bribery in FIFA, said the newspaper/BBC leva ao ar hoje reportagem que mostra Teixeira admitindo p

No Sul, o time de Porto Alegre receberia US$ 17 milhões.

Research was conducted by journalist Andrew Jennings, who attended the Ball of Time, ESPN Brazil, last year.

The president of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the Organizing Committee of the World Cup 2014, Ricardo Teixeira, has again come in sight of Britain's public broadcaster, one of the most respected in the world. According to a report by journalist Jamil Chade, published by O Estado de São Paulo, the BBC airs Monday on a report showing that Teixeira admitted in hearings Swiss judges, the existence of paying kickbacks to FIFA.

The investigation was conducted by British journalist Andrew Jennings, who was interviewed Ball Time program on ESPN Brazil last year, and has a number of books published over the misty background of FIFA.

In the BBC report, the CBF president has reportedly said it had agreed to stop the publication of such information by a city court of Zug, Switzerland, where ISL. The program also shows that the agreement passed by the former president of FIFA, Joao Havelange of Brazil, before prosecutors investigating suspected payment of U.S. $ 100 million in bribes in the governing body of world football.

The agreement says the BBC, would have been closed by Teixeira and Havelange and the current president of FIFA, the Swiss Joseph Blatter, a candidate for reelection this year perhaps. The contents of the attraction that British broadcaster show was released on Sunday by the Norwegian press.

According to the newspaper, not Teixeira or Havelange would have accepted either answer to the BBC before the information obtained by the broadcaster.

The British Public TV, BBC, put the air on Monday (today, May, 23) in a report which revealed that the president of CBF, Ricardo Teixeira, had admitted in hearings Swiss judges the existence of payments of fees and that FIFA would have closed a deal to barring publication of such information by a city court of Zug, Switzerland, in the case of ISL. The program shows that the agreement also passed by the Brazilian Joao Havelange, former FIFA president before prosecutors investigating suspicions of a payment of $ 100 million in bribes in the entity.

According to the BBC, as well Teixeira and Havelange would have closed a deal with FIFA President Joseph Blatter. The program content was leaked on Sunday in the Norwegian press, which indicated that as much Teixeira and Havelange had admitted in court hearings to the existence of tuition fees.

The investigation was conducted by British journalist Andrew Jennings, who was banned by FIFA and author of books on the sidelines of the organization of football. Between 1989 and 1999, the ISL marketing company was responsible for selling the TV rights of the tournament, the largest source of income of FIFA.

At the beginning of the decade, the broked ISL almost took the FIFA with too. A case was opened and was found last year that in fact the bribery occurred within the entity and that ISL has served almost as a company 'Orange' to allow the payment of corruption were not disclosed.

Despite the evidence of kickbacks, behind the process, testimonials and even the perpetrators were kept secret. This is because the parties reached an agreement and a fine of $ 5.5 million was paid as a punishment, which prevented the arrest of the suspects. By Swiss law, when there is an agreement the details of the process are kept confidential.

But according to Panorama program from the BBC, with court hearings Teixeira and Havelange, the process in March, would have revealed that in fact the two hats confirmed the payment of bribes.

To prevent publication of their names, a deal that would have involved Teixeira, Havelange and Blatter was made and stifled the disclosure to the public.

In total, payments could be $ 120 million over the years. The program will air on the eve of the elections in FIFA, scheduled for next week and plenty of controversy around the corruption. Joseph Blatter, FIFA President, is running for another term on Sunday and punched on a podium in South Africa, insisting: "FIFA is not corrupt."

Neither Teixeira or Havelange and neither would have accepted answer to the BBC before the information obtained by the television. The president of CBF was quoted two weeks ago in a CPI in the UK, implying that would have asked favors in exchange for votes for England to host the 2018 finals.

Asked, Blatter said on Sunday in the Swiss newspaper NZZ that the charges on Teixeira would not be crimes in front of Swiss law.

ROUTE - In the case involving the BBC, former employees of ISL, the court admitted that FIFA used the company "pretty much like your personal bank ', making transit resources to camouflage the payment of bribes.

According to documents that were part of the process and who based the final decision of the judge, the money would come from the ISL to an account called 'Never' in the tax haven of Liechtenstein. The next step was to transfer this money to a company.

From there, who would serve as envoy Jean Marie Weber, a former employee of Adidas. He, therefore, would make the transfer of payments to various beneficiaries, including 'foreigners FIFA', under the very terms of the process.

According to court documents, signed by Judge Marc Siegwart, these people actually 'received funds coming from the ISL'.

Among the various clubs and entities named in the lawsuit are the names of Flamengo and Gremio. The binding was investigated by Judge Siegwart to determine which was the final line of the money that came from the ISL. If both Brazilian clubs appear at the end of the route of the money, the court did not condemn them, did not reveal the values and not reasons of payments.

The two clubs are among dozens of entities that have received citations and share of resources to ISL. But since neither the Guild nor the Flemish was not the target of the complaint, the investigation was not completed.

In the late '90s in Brazil, ISL entered into partnerships with Flamengo and Gremio. In the South, the team from Porto Alegre receive $ 17 million. With the team in Rio, the contract provided an income of $ 80 million for 15 years and allowed the player's arrival at the red-black Petkovic. But shortly after, the company broke down and the contracts were suspended.

Each day that passes things get more complicated, the scandals are coming and money laundering, corruption, influence remain in the air. Meanwhile President Joseph Blatter wants to stay in front of FIFA for another term.
