A presidenta, por sinal, irá receber uma cópia do depoimento de Jennings. Jennings voltou a afirmar que Havelange teria recebido US$ 50 milhões, R$ 87,5 mi, em propinas da ISL, empresa de marketing compradora dos direitos de comercialização das Copas do Mundo de 2002 e 2006. Já Ricardo Teixeira teria ganhado outros US$ 9 milhões, R$ 15,75 - outros cartolas de federações internacionais também teriam se beneficiado. "Será que eles pagaram impostos ao Brasil sobre esses valores", indagou Jennings aos senadores brasileiros.

Ricardo Teixeira teria recebido os valores por meio da Sanud, empresa de fachada de Lichenstein. Os dirigentes teriam confessado à Justiça da Suíça o envolvimento no escândalo de corrupção, também admitido pelo presidente da FIFA, Joseph Blatter, ao mesmo orgão. Vou ficar aqui até sexta de manhã e espero que a Polícia Federal, investigando a evasão de impostos, venha falar comigo. Também gostaria muito de ajudar o secretário de Dilma. Eu aconselharia a todos vocês que se quiserem o respeito do mundo, investiguem esses problemas. Vocês deveriam excluir essas pessoas e selecionar pessoas honestas e limpas para gerenciar o futebol e a Copa do Mundo."
