O irmão e empresário de Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Assis, se irritou com o imbróglio existente entre a diretoria do Flamengo e a Traffic, já que ambos os lados ainda não conseguiram se acertar e a empresa segue devendo R$ 3,5 milhões ao meia rubro-negro.

Em entrevista ao jornal "Extra", Assis até chegou a admitir a possibilidade de negociar o irmão com outro clube caso o pagamento não seja efetuado até o dia 31 de janeiro.

"Alguém tem que assumir isso. Que paguem o contrato. Que paguem o salário dele. São cinco meses esperando. Parece que o cara é mercenário. Como isso: se demora cinco meses para receber o salário?Eles (Flamengo e Traffic) precisam se acertar. Mas parece que está difícil. Cinco meses se passaram e nada. Manda quem pode, obedece quem tem juízo, e o jogador que vá para a justiça do trabalho e esperar anos por um acordo. E sempre o “empresário” ou Agente é que leva a fama de ser o vilão no Brasil, até quando isto irá perdurar não sei, sei que precisamos nos unir e mudar esta situação.

RIO - O procurador Maurício Andreioulo, do Ministério Público Federal (MPF), informou que deve ingressar hoje ou, no máximo, segunda-feira com uma ação civil pública contra o Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (Iphan) por ter permitido a demolição da marquise do Maracanã, obra que faz parte da reforma do estádio visando a Copa de 2014.

'Estou convencido de que a autorização dada pelo Iphan foge à legislação'. Segundo o procurador, uma portaria do Iphan de dezembro de 2010 determina que, para conceder autorização para a reforma de um bem tombado, o superintendente precisaria ouvir primeiro a comissão técnica do órgão.

'Ele (Carlos Fernando Andrade, superintendente do Iphan-RJ) deu a autorização sem ouvir a comissão. Na minha visão, a decisão dele é nula, foge à letra da legislação que rege a autorização', disse Andreioulo.

A ação civil pública, segundo o procurador, tem o objetivo de fazer com que o Iphan reveja a decisão, desta vez com a participação do conselho. 'O conselho pode, por exemplo, dizer que a autorização como foi dada está completamente fora dos padrões de tombamento', afirmou o procurador.

A Empresa de Obras Públicas do Estado (Emop) também será citada na ação. Segundo a assessoria de imprensa do Iphan-RJ, o superintendente só poderá se pronunciar à tarde.

A decisão de ingressar com a ação ocorreu após audiência pública realizada ontem no Rio para debater o inquérito civil instaurado pelo MPF para apurar se a reforma do Maracanã viola o tombamento do estádio, feito pelo Iphan, em 2000. Está sendo questionada a decisão de demolir a cobertura do estádio para a instalação de lona tencionada, mudança que não estava prevista no projeto inicial e resultou no reajuste do valor total da obra, de R$ 700 milhões para R$ 931,9 milhões.

Durante a audiência, o superintendente do Iphan disse que o tombamento do Maracanã é etnográfico e busca preservar, portanto, a essência do estádio. 'Se a essência do Maracanã estivesse na cobertura, então ele deveria ter sido inscrito no livro de tombos de Belas Artes.
