Steeped in scandal, FIFA meets protocol and re-elects Blatter till 2015/Mergulhada em escândalos, FIFA cumpre protocolo e reelege Blatter até 2015.

In the final event with more than expected, was hailed in the Swiss top job in world football for a fourth consecutive term.

In just a protocol event and amid a super crises with values and confidence never experienced in its 107 years of existence, the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) ratified on Wednesday at an event held in Zurich, Switzerland's reelection Sepp Blatter for the presidency of the entity for the next four years. There were no opponents in the election. Blatter, who had to have 50% of the votes plus one, received 186 votes among the 203 members of Congress who voted for the entity. There were 17 abstentions.

The Swiss 75 years now starting his fourth consecutive term in office he has held since 1998, when he succeeded the Brazilian Joao Havelange, but at least this is the expectation, will have a much tighter monitoring both by his opponents, as the media and sponsors before the recent scandals that the organization that commands faces.

The charges range from acceptance (and even return) of bribes by members of its Executive Committee, which is part of the president of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), Ricardo Teixeira, to buy votes for choosing the sites of World Cups 2018 and 2022.

It was because of an internal investigation, including the hitherto single opposition candidate withdrew from the Blatter. The Qatari Mohammed Bin Hammam, CEO of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC, its acronym in English), announced Saturday it would not join the election. Cross over, could not even enter the room the event occurred on Wednesday.

It seemed (or even knew) provide that would be out of any action on Sunday while FIFA is investigating the alleged payment of kickbacks to his country was nominated to organize the World Cup 11 years hence. On Tuesday, the English Football Association (FA) led a movement to postpone the choice of president, but that was wrecked in the opening of the 61 th Congress - the idea was not adopted.

Sponsors Important as Coca-Cola, Visa, Adidas and Emirates, also spoke out publicly said they are disappointed and charged immediate actions to solve those followed accusations against FIFA. Understand that having their names linked to news always negative and that somehow affects your images.

However, following the Associated Press ESPN Radio sent to Zurich, Blatter spent last night meeting with top managers, making political concessions and promising to announce measures and reforms to control corruption. In the second, had given the conference in which fumed to reporters and demanded respect, but promised "zero tolerance" before the accusations. He now have four more years to accomplish and prove that the organization is not a real "bazaar."

I would like to see it, because after all we knew, it's hard to believe that now it will be different. We, Accredited Agents, are expecting a definition from FIFA and the CBF of everything they have promised and also to everything they sent us to read and talked about, what really are our function? We should regulate and control the professional’s lives of the players, clubs, federations and FIFA itself.

Here in Brazil the majority of those involved in football continues to work day and night in the life of athletes, charging higher fees, slashing "Federated Rights" (?), acting like "attorney" who according to the entity, should not count.

They are dealing with clubs…. trading freely…. disrupting the lives of many….. and also stealing shamelessly from both parties, without supervision.

So far I did not find any club that trades only in accordance with FIFA rules, which has an agent in your professional staff to take care of hiring, to take care of transfers, finally, to give legal support to the institution, reducing the costs, of committees and layoffs. And when we say that we are "Agents of the FIFA" and we are here to stay, and to do the job according to the statute of the FIFA it sounds as a joke, a bad one.

The fact is, any club officer knows the rules, much less wants to accomplish, because the most wins money with this service what should be done by fans "with love". This really don't happens and our clubs and players continue to be wasted in the sewer.

Yesterday I talked with a lawyer who argues (works) in the football and talked about showing the truth to the athlete and teach him the ways, guide those to go to the school, etc., I received this answer, "You're an idiot, I only work with players illiterate, who likes cachaça (a brazilian alcoholic beverage) and pagode “a brazilian kind of music” and only knows how to sign the name, because I will do the rest.
