O Planalto vai receber o presidente da FIFA, Joseph Blatter, na próxima sexta
Brasília - Depois de 23 anos, Ricardo Teixeira não resistiu às pressões e, alegando problemas de saúde, deixou na última segunda-feira a presidência da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) e do Comitê Organizador Local (COL) da Copa. O fato - anunciado inesperadamente pelo sucessor de Teixeira, José Maria Marin - produziu o primeiro efeito colateral no governo. O Planalto vai receber o presidente da FIFA, Joseph Blatter, na próxima sexta. Com a saída de cena de Teixeira, o ex-jogador Ronaldo Nazário passa a ser o principal interlocutor do COL com o governo federal e FIFA.
O ex-jogador, líder da campanha que deu ao Brasil o título da Copa de 2002, desfruta de prestígio com entidades e dirigentes esportivos do mundo todo, é adulado por políticos e recebe informações diárias dos executivos do COL. Na prática, vai exercer função semelhante à de Michel Platini no Mundial de 1998 e de Beckenbauer na Copa da Alemanha de 2006. Os dois ex-jogadores já tomavam decisões sobre o evento.
Para a presidente Dilma, a relação com a CBF e a FIFA é institucional e detalhes de conversas com as entidades devem ser conduzidas pelo Ministério do Esporte. Dilma nunca recebeu Ricardo Teixeira em audiência. Quando ele esteve no Planalto, no início do ano passado, nem mesmo o ex-ministro da Casa Civil Antonio Palocci quis se encontrar com o dirigente, repassando a missão para o então ministro da Secretaria de Relações Institucionais, Luiz Sérgio.
Dilma já havia sido avisada da iminente saída de Teixeira da CBF. Em outubro do ano passado, quando se reuniu com o secretário geral da FIFA, Jérôme Valcke, em Bruxelas, foi informada por ele da retomada do caso ISL, o maior escândalo de corrupção da história da FIFA, que envolvia o nome de Ricardo Teixeira, e que ele não se sustentaria no cargo, por causa disso. Mais recentemente, a declaração de Valcke de que o Brasil precisa de "um chute no traseiro", por causa dos atrasos para a preparação da Copa, estremeceu as relações com o governo.
A chegada de Dilma ao Planalto foi classificada como um divisor de águas para a relação do primeiro escalão do governo com a CBF. Apesar do governo Dilma ser uma continuidade da administração Lula, e mesmo com a manutenção do Orlando Silva no Ministério do Esporte, houve uma mudança brutal na forma como o Palácio do Planalto se relacionava com a CBF, no tocante à Copa do Mundo. Ricardo Teixeira tinha uma interlocução direta com o Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, algo que não encontrou mais com a presidente Dilma Rousseff. Além disso, o ex-presidente Lula via o futebol com uma ferramenta da diplomacia, a ponto de sair mundo afora distribuindo camisas de futebol da seleção brasileira.
A presidente Dilma vê esta questão com mais pragmatismo e menos pirotecnia. E, embora não tivesse ligações com a CBF, a presidente era explícita no descontentamento com a manutenção de Ricardo Teixeira no cargo. Por isso mesmo, ao contrário de Lula, Dilma não o recebia nem fazia questão de aparecer em eventos públicos ao lado dele. Embora o governo diga que todo assunto ligado ao tema está oficialmente nas mãos do ministro Aldo Rebelo, na verdade, a saída de Teixeira foi considerada um alívio no Planalto.
Parece-nos muito pouco ou nada, está decisão da presidenta Dilma. Acabamos de escutar um monte de confete sobre o ex-presidente, pelo Marim, que por sua vez não deve durar muito à frente da CBF.
Onde tem poder, dinheiro e chances de se ganhar muito dinheiro sem ter que dar contas ou temer a justiça, não passa sem atrair a atenção de águias, principalmente presidentes de grandes clubes e quem sabe de Federações. Na realidade nós deveríamos ter eleições, na CBF, mas como se passou aqui em Pernambuco, quando seu “dono”, faleceu, a truculência e a falta de caráter prevaleceram e tudo fica como está, ou até pior.
