Vejo com muita alegria e satisfação, que o Eduardo
Batista, novo técnico do Sport Recife, demonstra visão e empreendedorismo em
treinar duas equipes, mesmo sabendo que poderá ou não jogar nesta quinta feira
o clássico com o Náutico. Já era tempo de termos alguém que saiba usar todo o
elenco de um clube.
Ficar usando apenas 11 jogadores e mais alguns 2 ou 3,
mostra falta de visão e falta de conhecimento. Hoje, você tendo um plantel
entre 28 a 32 jogadores e usar apenas 1/3 deles é um desperdício e uma falta de
coragem, também.
Temos que pensar grande e usar tudo que temos para
podermos entrar em diversas competições sabendo que teremos um elenco
atualizado e pronto para ser usado com diferentes formações. Por exemplo, eu já
estaria usando o Saulo há mais tempo, é um crime, deixa-lo relegado num banco o
ano inteiro ou somente entrar nas decisões (aliás, como tem acontecido), e aí,
tem câimbras, tem falta de entrosamento, e o que é pior, se porta como um
amador e torcedor.
E pensar em uma situação macro e desenvolver toda
a equipe, como primeiro time, segundo time e até terceiro time, até porque,
acontecem cartões, acontecem contusões e então o técnico terá um elenco que
estará atuando diuturnamente. Hoje se tem duas competições e amanhã se tivermos
três, o que se fará, relegar duas e se dedicar a uma somente (como aconteceu o
ano passado), é muita passividade ou então preguiça, por parte da comissão
técnica e falta de conhecimento por parte dos dirigentes.
Espero sinceramente que o Eduardo, realmente possa usar
seus conhecimentos e mostrar o que alguém com conhecimento empírico e
cientifico pode fazer pelo futebol profissional.
Lógico que entendo, que se ele
perder com uma destas formações “secundaria” (assim será taxado pela mídia esportiva),
na maioria desatualizada e retrógada, que apenas pensa em repercutir noticias,
para dar sensacionalismo e audiência, e por assim dizer, será grande a pressão,
mas, para que se tem um profissional de futebol na direção, para explicar o que
se tenta fazer e o que se pode e deve fazer, com conhecimento e desenvoltura.
Assim é que deve ser um clube com departamento
profissional de futebol, trabalhar todas as opções.

I see with great joy

I sincerely hope that
Eduardo can actually use their knowledge and show what someone with empirical
and scientific knowledge can do for professional football. Of course I
understand that if he loses one game with of these "secondary"
formations (so it will be taxed by the sports media, like a crazy and idiot
coach), the most media today in our state is outdated and retrograde, that only
thinks about passing on news, with sensationalism and to give audience, will be
harder the pressure, but the club have has a professional football director in
the direction to this department, to explain what they try to do and what we
can and should do with knowledge and resource fullness.
So that should be a
club professional with professional football department, working all the
options.
