No total serão 22 membros, 'incluindo representantes do Comitê de Futebol, do Comitê Técnico e de Desenvolvimento, do Comitê Médico e do Comitê de Arbitragem, entre outros especialistas do esporte. A missão deles é fazer uma análise aprofundada do futebol moderno, a fim de formular propostas para desenvolvê-lo em todos os níveis', explicou a FIFA em seu site oficial.
