IFAB – PARA DAR SINAL VERDE À LINHA DE GOL - RELATÓRIO / IFAB - TO GIVE GOAL-LINE TECHNOLOGY GREENLIGHT – REPORT.

IFAB – A tecnologia na linha do gol será dada o sinal verde dos legisladores sobre o International FA Board (IFAB) na próxima semana, de acordo com a Press Association.

A agência de notícias disse que os dois sistemas - Hawk-Eye e GoalRef - passaram em exaustivos testes científicos para a satisfação da IFAB. O sistema Hawk-Eye é baseado em câmeras e GoalRef utiliza campos magnéticos. O IFAB irá, alegadamente, salientar que os sistemas serão aprovado como um auxílio aos árbitros, em vez de o melhor tomador de decisões.

A aprovação virá como um importante revés para a presidente da UEFA, Michel Platini, que foi cotado para suceder o presidente da FIFA Sepp Blatter quando terminar o tempo da última eleição. Blatter reiterou seu apoio à linha de meta com tecnologia, na esteira do mais recente incidente controverso, que se viu na Ucrânia, se negou um gol contra a Inglaterra no Euro 2012. No entanto, Platini expressou sua oposição à tecnologia no início desta semana, dizendo tal medida seria um "erro histórico".

Platini tem promovido uma abordagem rival desta tecnologia com uma posição oficial de colocar árbitros extras atrás de cada linha de bola morta - embora tal sistema já estivesse em uso para este jogo da Ucrânia X Inglaterra. O IFAB também pode considerar se o experimento defendido pela UEFA com funcionários extras tem sido um sucesso, acrescentou o relatório. O IFAB é composto pela FIFA, que tem quatro votos, e representantes da Inglaterra, Escócia, País de Gales e Irlanda do Norte, que têm direito a um voto por país. Para que a lei seja alterada, seis votos devem ser convertidos em favor do movimento.

Não entendo o porquê o Platini não concorda com esta tecnologia, pois já ficou patente que continuamos passiveis de erros com o aumento de +1 árbitro na linha de gol. Deixo um recado para ele se repaginar até porque o considero um dos grandes executivos do futebol moderno e profissional.

IFAB - Goal-line technology will be given the go-ahead by lawmakers on the International FA Board (IFAB) next week, according to the Press Association.

The news agency said that two systems – Hawk-Eye and GoalRef – have passed exhaustive scientific tests to the satisfaction of the IFAB. The Hawk-Eye system is based on cameras and GoalRef uses magnetic fields. The IFAB will reportedly stress that the systems will be approved as an aid to referees, rather than the ultimate decision-maker.

The approval will come as a major setback to UEFA president Michel Platini, who has been tipped to succeed FIFA president Sepp Blatter when the incumbent’s term finishes. Blatter reiterated his support for goal-line technology in the wake of the latest controversial incident that saw Ukraine denied a goal against England at Euro 2012. However, Platini expressed his opposition to the technology earlier this week by saying such a move would be a “historical mistake”.

Platini has been promoting a rival approach of an extra official standing behind each dead-ball line – although such a system was in use for the Ukraine-England game. The IFAB will also consider whether the UEFA experiment with extra officials has been a success, the report added. The IFAB comprises world governing body FIFA, which has four votes, and representatives of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who have one vote per country. For the law to be changed, six votes must be cast in favour of the motion.

I do not understand why the Platini does not agree with this technology, for it was evident that we are still liable to errors with the increase of +1 in goal line referee. I leave a message for him to reimagine up because I consider one of the top executives of the modern professional football.

UM GRANDE SALTO DO NÁUTICO NA BUSCA DO PROFISSIONALISMO, NA BUSCA DA MODERNIDADE / NÁUTICO, JUMP AGAIN IN SEARCH OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MODERNITY.

O Náutico hoje deu outro salto na busca da profissionalização. Lembro que tempos atrás, aqui mesmo, escrevi sobre o empreendimento deste clube em construir (mesmo partindo de um grupo de ex-jogadores e abnegados), um Centro de Treinamento.

E estava vendo com ceticismo e muito espanto as noticias de que os torcedores e dirigentes deste clube que é centenário, e não tem muito para exaltar, a não ser um patético HEXA, que é passado, sobre “não” aceitar a Arena Pernambuco, para mandar ali seus jogos. Continuar usando aquele pequeno campo de futebol rodeado de arquibancadas quase centenárias, não condiz com a atual situação do futebol de uma segunda divisão nacional e muito menos de uma primeira divisão nacional também e com a condição do Brasil vir a sediar uma Copa do Mundo em 2014.

Tudo irá mudar e quem correr na frente sairá em boas condições de poder ter um elenco competitivo (hoje não se deve ter um time somente), o futebol profissional que começa a bafejar o Náutico em Pernambuco, e com esta nova condição arrumada, é certamente que dará uma condição de se planejar uma formação de base, forte e que venha a trazer outro time da década de 60 e 70 onde lograram grande êxito no futebol tupininquim. Espero que este dinheiro seja realmente usado para desenvolver as outras estruturas que tem que ser feitas, ao invés de simplesmente tomar doril e sumir.

Muito embora que este contrato traga não apenas esta oportunidade desta instituição de se modernizar, de entrar no rol dos grandes clubes internacionais e de alguns brasileiros, que já pensaram na frente. Dará aos seus sócios, melhores condições de prestigiarem os jogos, tendo mais conforto, tendo mais facilidades e mostrar que não são somente estes tantos que hoje freqüentam o estádio de Rosa e Silva, o Nàutico é muito maior.

Com esta atitude o Náutico sai na frente de Sport e Santa Cruz. Espero que isto acorde os dois grandes clubes da capital também, para que não exista um hiato produzido pelo passo de gigante dado e o descaso em pensar grande, pensar em profissionalismo, não fique apenas no clube dos Aflitos, que agora deve passar a chamar-se, Clube do Progresso, da visão, da modernidade e da Copa.
