Jean havia deixado o clube por entreveros na discussão contratual do atleta, sua primeira como profissional. Contudo, seus representantes mudaram de ideia e anunciaram acerto verbal com o Santos. O vínculo deveria ter sido assinado quando o meia completou 16 anos, no último dia 12, mas seu pai novamente recuou e decidiu tirá-lo da Vila Belmiro.

Desde que está apalavrado com o Santos, Jean não atuou mais pelo time da base. Membro do elenco sub-17, o jovem meia ficou três partidas no banco e não foi relacionado nas últimas três, de seis confrontos do clube pelo Campeonato Paulista. Indignado, seu pai não quis assinar o contrato e pretende pressionar a diretoria santista, que já avisou que o contrato não previa garantias de titularidade.

"Ele (pai de Jean) é muito instável, muito complicado, e esse cara não entendeu, o Santos é o Santos e não é refém de ninguém. Não adianta fazer esse tipo de chantagem para cima de mim", esbravejou o presidente Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro, em entrevista ao Terra.

"Ainda é o primeiro ano dele no sub-17 e existem tantos meninos bons como ele lá e que estão até há mais tempo. Nem o Pelé tinha cláusula de titularidade aqui. O Santos não é time de várzea, vai ver que ele acostumou com os times dele, da cidade dele lá. Conforme a reportagem verificou, Jean mantém contato com representantes do Genoa há alguns meses, e o clube fez uma tentadora proposta ao atleta, com cifras bem superiores aos valores acordados com o Santos.

Além do time italiano - futuro clube do atacante Zé Eduardo - Jean Chera também foi contatado por Internacional-RS e pela empresa de marketing gerenciada por Ronaldo, ex-jogador do Corinthians, a 9nine. De acordo com o pai de Jean, que confirmou conversa com a empresa de Ronaldo, a família tomará uma decisão sobre o futuro do atleta nos próximos dias.

No fim, para voltar a ter crédito na praça, conseguiram um acordo que destinou 20% de todas as receitas para reduzir as dívidas trabalhistas.

Agora, oito anos depois, o Sport, que deve cerca de R$ 20 milhões, anuncia um novo acordo, vital para a saúde financeira do clube (veja AQUI).

O juiz Hugo Melo, da 12ª Vara do Trabalho, concordou com a proposta leonina, apresentada em janeiro e dividiu o passivo em 36 meses a partir de julho de 2011.

Ou seja, com um pagamento mensal de R$ 550 mil, o Sport poderá zerar o seu débito trabalhista até julho de 2014. Com isso, já volta agora a ter 100% de suas receitas.

Foi um bom acordo. Que Santa (R$ 25 mi) e Náutico (R$ 17 mi) também lutem por isso.

O ano de 2014 deverá marcar o futebol local. Uma arena e clubes sem dívidas?!
