A Sport TV, neste dia 25 de outubro falou sobre a decisão da FIFA de “acabar” com nossa Licença, ou seja, acabar com o Agente Credenciado, o “Agente FIFA”. Já estamos acompanhando estas informações há algum tempo e só serve para nos ridicularizar cada vez mais.
Onde fica então tudo o que foi prometido quando se atraiu milhares de pessoas para irem ao Rio de Janeiro todos os anos, para prestar exames na CBF? Onde está a atitude da FIFA, sua integridade e sua responsabilidade.
A proposta da FIFA era justamente esta, formar uma pessoa em sinergia com suas normas e sob sua responsabilidade, que seria o Agente Credenciado, para poder moralizar o futebol, tornar as transações transparentes, fazer com que quem fosse este mentor o responsável pela transferência, e que recebesse somente uma comissão (que vai de 1% a 10%, somente) e não ser dono do jogador acabando com a escravidão de seres humanos no nosso futebol tão comum aqui no Brasil e em outros Países de terceiro mundo.
E também impedir deles ficarem com a quantia que quisessem, como acontece até hoje, pois poucos atletas tem condições de ele próprio cuidar disso, ou até mesmo seus familiares, quem pode assobiar e chupar cana ao mesmo tempo, quem tem este conhecimento internacional de mercado, quem conhece de Marketing, tem tempo para ficar trabalhando a imagem do atleta e principalmente daqueles que não são diferenciados. Impedir lavagem de dinheiro, desvio de valores por pessoas sem comprometimento com o clube ou com o jogador que são os principais prejudicados.
Temos transações feitas sem o Clube e o próprio jogador realmente saberem por quanto foi negociado, jogadores e instituições ficam a mercê de qualquer um e recebem o que lhe dão, somente.
E agora não adianta querer tirar o corpo fora e acabar com sua criação. Eram 15 perguntas da FIFA feitas em Espanhol ou Inglês e 5 da CBF, em Português. Não adianta colocar em sua web site que desde 2001 os exames eram aplicados diretamente pela Federação ou Confederação de cada País filiada a própria FIFA. E que, portanto, não existiria mais este personagem chamado de “Agente FIFA”.
Onde ficamos então? Tudo o que fizemos nestes anos de Licenciamento, os investimentos, as despesas, as viagens, e onde está a dignidade, a palavra e a respeitabilidade da FIFA, que é tão apregoada.
A saída para este problema é justamente fazer com que a CBF apresentasse o Agente Credenciado aos clubes Federações e atletas, fazendo valer as normas que aprendemos e que nunca foram colocadas na prática no futebol profissional Brasileiro, ou será que existem outros interesses, por trás desta omissão.
E agora quem deve pagar a conta seríamos nós? Os poucos que confiaram nas palavras da FIFA e se submeteram a sua legislação, para contribuir com a instituição e com o futebol Brasileiro e mundial.
Já venho escrevendo há muito tempo que se não entramos no mercado do futebol profissional, foi somente por falta de atitude da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, (CBF), que não legitimou a classe no nosso País.
Aqui as negociações (em sua maioria) continuaram como sempre, teve até Federação Estadual que proibiu o Agente FIFA de representar jogador, e em outros casos, o próprio dirigente não abriu mão de fazer esse extra, mesmo sem saber valores internacionais de mercado e outras, prostituindo o mercado internacional, todos sabem que temos jogadores negociados a preço de bananas, com nível de seleção Brasileira, e que depois do primeiro anos estes atletas negociados aleatoriamente, passaram e passam a valer muitas vezes mais o valor que foi transferido pelo dirigente e todos nós sabemos a razão.
Então não adianta agora, vir com esta retórica de que apenas 30% das negociações foram feitas por Agentes Credenciados. Como se pode trabalhar se fomos marginalizados, mantidos a parte do processo de moralização e da transparência do futebol brasileiro e mundial. Até os logotipos da FIFA e CBF nos proibiram de colocar em nosso material de trabalho, ou seja, cartão de visitas, site, papel timbrado, etc., já era de se esperar que algo estivesse errado.
Apenas alguns Agentes Credenciados dos grandes centros puderam fazer algum negócio, porque o resto ficou somente na saudade.
Mas nunca deixaram de cobrar as taxas, o seguro e outros mais. Agora recebemos esta noticia que qualquer um poderá representar o jogador, qualquer um poderá comprar e vender atletas. O mercado então se tornará realmente aquilo tudo que não deveria ser tudo o que falavam que não poderia acontecer e tudo o que a FIFA lutava para não acontecer.
Nos deram para estudar; regras, normas sobre um futebol transparente, o estatuto da FIFA, o Código Civil Brasileiro, as Leis Pelé, Maguito Vilela, Zico, Código do Torcedor e tantas outras, um Código Deontológico, e mais, obrigações que deveríamos ter e fazer para podermos ser cobrados em caso de erro ou dolo, como uma apólice de seguro, isto era somente balela, somente conversa fiada.
Outra coisa, este negócio de ficarmos sendo regidos por uma Associação que nunca foi legitimada e que não tem força no futebol é outra conversa que não tem o menor sentido e que não procede. Se a própria CBF nunca conseguiu ou não quis regularizar nada, imaginem estas pretensas associações que só servem para cobrar mensalidade e fazer parcerias para venderem apólice de seguros.
Por isso nos vem noticias da Europa sobre a desonestidade de pessoas da própria FIFA, de suborno, de corrupção e que agora começa a fazer sentido tudo isto e peço a Deus que nos ajude nestes próximos 4 anos onde o Brasil deverá construir muita coisa para a FIFA sediar a Copa do Mundo.
Vou endereçar meu humilde protesto ao governo Federal Brasileiro na pessoa do Presidente LULA, ao Ministro dos Esportes, a Receita Federal e a própria Policia Federal para que fiquem ligados em tudo que pode acontecer nestes bastidores.
E juntar o máximo de colegas para juntos, ajuizarmos a competente ação de Direito, no Brasil e na Suíça (onde a FIFA tem sua sede) contra esta medida, ilegal, imoral e ilegítima, além é claro de um pedido de indenização por perdas e danos a altura deste ato de desmoralização e desonestidade da própria FIFA e por tabela, da CBF.
