After the Carnival, the City of NATAL can be deleted from FIFA World Cup 2014 and will give ultimatum to 'Fielzão'/Depois do Carnaval, FIFA pode exclu

The general secretary of FIFA, Jerome Valcke, will have a full schedule of meetings considered decisive and have two clear priorities: instead of trying to resolve questions concerning the city of Natal (RN) and the stage of SP.

A little over three years to the start of World Cup 2014 in Brazil, FIFA does not hide his concern over the progress of works and preparations for the country to host the biggest event in world football. According to the Friday edition of the newspaper Folha de São Paulo, the organization is preparing a "massive package" of measures to after Carnival.

The general secretary of FIFA, Jerome Valcke, will have a full schedule of meetings considered decisive and have two clear priorities: instead of trying to resolve questions concerning the city of Natal (RN), threatened as one of the venues, and the new stadium for Corinthians, likely to stage the opening game.

Regarding the Natal capital of Rio Grande do Norte State, Valcke is considering to exclude the Natal from the list of host cities of the World Cup. The delay to the start of work at the local stadium is one of the sensitive issues on the agenda of the general secretary of FIFA. Last week, representatives of the state government met with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) in an attempt to appease FIFA.

The city has not bid on the work, but the extraordinary secretary on matters relating to the 2014 World Cup, Demetrio Paulo Torres, said that until June this year auction will finally be completed. The period is considered late by FIFA.

Besides the capital of Rio Grande do Norte, Sao Paulo is also in the spotlight thanks to FIFA's vagueness about his stadium for the World Cup. The entity will charge the leaders of the Corinthians an official position regarding the investments to expand the "Fielzão," the club in future arena Itaquera, from 48 thousand to 65 thousand seats, the minimum requirement for opening.

FIFA is already in Rio de Janeiro and begins to show that them have to be more professional in they work schedule, it takes seriously the dates and deadlines or some people will go dancing (means, be out of the WC).

I agree on some things about these attitudes because I have learn to be seriously when I live outside of Brazil for a decade I've learned to take the right time to enforce contracts and schedules to follow, something that does not exist here yet ..

I know we are a sovereign nation, but the football is governed by FIFA and the CBF should also be in Brazil. Over a long time it was delivered to other persons, the CBF today serves only to record players, takes care of transfers and the National Squad of football.

Take the case of Accredited Agents, we did a survey with 15 questions derived from FIFA and the CBF coming just five questions mores’ just an Accredited Agent by CBF and not an "Official FIFA Agent” as it is commonly called the Agents in the World. We do not have any rights to what we were promised by FIFA and now they have changed some rules and still talk about ending this function.

Certainly here in our country, as this agent is not rectified, there is, because we never was authorized or presented to the world of football in Brazil. Those have pledged to follow the rules of FIFA and its Statute. How we could work?

The clubs still using services of any person and the players were never told they would have this option speak to anyone to be in charge of them career (the others are his relatives and a lawyer).

These agents are prepared to work from A to Z advising the player not just earn money, as "entrepreneurs" are typically doing in our country.

So we are counting on the presence of FIFA in Brazil to look at things they should do and need to be corrected and placed on the rails.

For Brazilian football/soccer football can really be a professionally run, serious and transparent, leaving the sameness and amateurism in the past.
