Hoje acordei vendo um grande jogo do Campeonato Italiano e nosso contemporâneo Hernanes mostrando o porquê é chamado de “o Profeta”, mostrando toda sua competência e maestria, inclusive marcando mais um gol. Logo a seguir, pude ao vivo, ver o futebol Alemão, debaixo de neve, inclusive e em seguida o campeonato Inglês, e se quiser verei ainda o Espanhol, Portugues e até o dos “hermanos” Argentinos, tudo ao vivo, e no mesmo dia, que beleza.
Que diferença dos meus 20 e poucos anos, onde para escutar um jogo de futebol brasileiro (quando residia nos Estados Unidos) tive que escolher um apartamento no último andar em North Miami Beach e comprar um rádio com várias faixas, instalar uma antena no topo do prédio (sem o pessoal do condomínio saber) e quase sempre não conseguia escutar a nossa rádio Clube de Pernambuco com o saudoso Ivan Lima, narrando e que naquele tempo já tinha um slogan que dizia “radio clube de Pernambuco falando para o mundo”. E até para ver a Copa do Mundo pela TV., era problemático.
Como mudou o mundo nestes últimos 30 anos e como deverá mudar e para melhor; assim espero nestas próximas décadas. Quem viver verá e espero que o próprio homem encontre melhores maneiras de sobreviver, sem matar o planeta, sem exaurir suas reservas minerais, sem poluir a atmosfera, sem contaminar o solo com radiações de bombas em experimentos que não levam a nada.
Que tente ao invés de criar mecanismos que destroem e que com o pretexto de se defender ou cuidar de sua soberania nacional, não crie mais artefatos que ao invés de melhorar a vida do ser humano e de todos os habitantes deste planeta, venha a destruir e complicar mais ainda nossa existência. Movidos pelo medo ou com ganância, venha com intrigas e com “egos” mal resolvidos.
Que tente criar como melhorar nossa vida, descobrindo novos meios de curas, de poluir menos, de complicar menos. Que tal resolverem a falta de água em certas regiões, resolver o problema da fome e da falta de comida em quase todo o planeta, que tal achar a cura de doenças como o HIV, câncer, malária, febre amarela e tantas outras calamidades.
Que tal encher o mundo de ajuda, de amizade, de amor e de Paz, como já falava John Lennon “isto é um sonho”. Este é o nosso editorial de 2010.
Que os dias em 2011 venham repletos de soluções e de descobertas para todos, sem fronteiras, sem cor, sem religião, sem política, todos entendendo que somos apenas irmãos e que o sangue que corre em minhas veias é igual a o de meu irmão que vive na Austrália, nos Árticos, ou nos Trópicos e até em Garanhuns.
