Segundo informa a edição desta sexta-feira do diário LANCE!, a promotora Lítia Cavalcanti requisitou à CBF e à Federação Maranhense de Futebol (FMF) que enviassem documentos referentes aos repasses financeiros à filiada. O pedido não foi atendido.

Com isso, a promotora encaminhou uma requisição à Secretaria de Segurança Pública para que fosse instaurado um procedimento criminal contra o presidente da CBF. Segundo a magistrada, Teixeira dificultou as ações do Ministério Público do Maranhão no caso.

Além do cartola mais poderoso do país, o presidente da FMF, Carlos Alberto Ferreira, também vai responder por crime de desobediência. A CBF divulgou nota oficial assinada pelo diretor jurídico da entidade, Carlos Eugênio Lopes, alegando que as transações são feitas por processo eletrônico, o que automaticamente impede o envio dos documentos.

Além disso, o Ministério Público instaurou inquérito civil para apurar supostas irregularidades envolvendo os repasses. Pelo balanço do ano passado, a FMF declarou ter recebido uma doação da CBF no valor de R$ 320 mil e outra de R$ 240 mil.

"Queremos apurar isso. Se eles tivessem apresentado tudo, não estaríamos curiosos", afirmou a promotora ao jornal.

Por meio de sua assessoria, a CBF informou ao LANCE! que o dinheiro é de responsabilidade da FMF. A entidade maranhense não respondeu ao jornal.
