Barcelona divulga os valores da operação e anuncia que a multa é de 190 milhões de euros.

BARCELONA - No dia em que recebeu Neymar com uma festa em grande estilo, o Barcelona o transformou no jogador mais valioso da história do futebol brasileiro e em um dos mais caros do mundo ao fixar sua multa de rescisão em 190 milhões de euros, nada menos do que R$ 526 milhões. O craque que quando menino jogava em troca de cestas básicas agora vale mais de meio bilhão de reais. A multa de Messi, o astro do elenco, é de 330 milhões de euros (R$ 914 milhões).

Boa parte da coletiva de apresentação de Neymar foi usada pelo vice-presidente Josep Maria Bartomeu para dar detalhes financeiros da operação. Ele confirmou algo de que se suspeitava, e que a imprensa catalã informava com convicção havia quase dois anos: o clube adiantou 10 milhões de euros (R$ 27,7 milhões pelo câmbio desta segunda) na temporada 2011/2012 para "reservar" Neymar e praticamente já garantiu naquela época a contratação.

Ele se recusou a dizer quem recebeu o dinheiro e garantiu que não existiram agentes e intermediários na operação, mas fontes confirmaram que o valor ficou para a família de Neymar. A FIFA proíbe pré-contratos com jogadores que tenham mais de seis meses de contrato a cumprir e, por isso, o Barça sempre negou ter feito o adiantamento.

Com a manobra, o clube conseguiu colocar sérias limitações às tentativas de outros clubes e diminuiu muito o espaço de manobra do Santos.

Bartomeu disse que o custo total da operação é de 57 milhões de euros (R$ 157,8 milhões), mas não quis explicar como foi a divisão do dinheiro. O Estado apurou que o Santos receberá 17 milhões de euros (R$ 47 milhões) para dividir com a DIS (levará 40% desse valor) e TEISA (ficará com 5%), e Neymar embolsará mais 40 milhões de euros (R$ 110,8 milhões). E o clube ainda gastará 8 milhões de euros (R$ 22 milhões) em comissões.

Em um momento de descontração, Neymar admitiu que não valesse tanto e um abraço forte entre o jogador e o presidente do Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, em público deu por concluída uma novela que já duravam dois anos. "Não acho que eu tenha esse valor. Mas agradeço."

O jogo contra o Flamengo em Brasília deu R$ 6,5 milhões de renda, com o ingresso mais barato custando R$ 160. Fontes ligadas à negociação estimam que, se o Santos receber o Barça completo no Mané Garrincha ou no Maracanã, poderá faturar em torno de 6 milhões de euros (R$ 16,6 milhões) entre bilheteria, venda dos direitos de tevê e publicidade estática ao redor do campo.

O Barça ainda confirmou que tem um acordo para contratar três jovens dos Santos, mas sem prazo para exercer esse direito, nem revelar quanto isso valeria.

CORAÇÃO

Não é segredo em Barcelona que o clube estava pronto para se lançar em uma disputa legal sem piedade se o negócio fosse desfeito. Por outro lado, pessoas próximas à direção sabiam que Neymar seria do clube há mais de um ano.
