Flamengo e Atlético-PR fazem nesta quarta o primeiro jogo da final da Copa do Brasil 2013. Os dois clubes representam atualmente o que há de melhor no sempre sofrível cenário da Gestão do Futebol Brasileiro, focando em eficiência, produtividade e profissionalismo. Por anos o futebol brasileiro conviveu com um ambiente em que, mesmo fazendo tudo errado fora de campo, era possível conquistar títulos dentro das quatro linhas. Esse cenário vem mudando e, aos poucos, vai ficando claro para o torcedor que as duas coisas estão intimamente ligadas, não é mais possível ter um time competitivo dentro de campo, sem um clube organizado fora dele.

O Flamengo passa por uma silenciosa e rápida revolução. Apesar da péssima situação financeira que encontrou ao assumir o clube, a nova Diretoria cortou custos, colocou rapidamente os salários em dia (problema crônico do clube), trouxe executivos capacitados e promoveu um verdadeiro choque de gestão. As receitas tiveram forte crescimento, o marketing rejuvenesceu a imagem do clube e é nítida a preocupação com eficiência, resultados e transparência, enfim, com as melhores práticas de gestão e governança. Além disso, reformulou o elenco, reduzindo a folha salarial inflada por medalhões que não entregavam resultado, substituindo-os por jovens promessas.

Já o Atlético-PR tem um histórico de boa gestão mais longo, mas o clube tem a desvantagem de não ter o mesmo porte financeiro dos principais concorrentes do eixo Rio-SP. Praticamente sem dívidas, e com rígido controle orçamentário, compensa o fato de ter receitas menores com uma gestão muito mais eficiente. Prestes a reabrir a Arena (agora no padrão FIFA), o clube não precisará dividir as receitas do novo estádio com nenhum operador, o que lhe dará vantagem estratégica em relação aos demais clubes Brasileiros. Sem fazer loucuras com a contratação de medalhões, mantém a estratégia de revelar e garimpar bons jogadores, o que lhe traz resultados dentro de campo e ganhos com a valorização do elenco.

Boa Gestão é pré-condição para ser competitivo dentro de campo. Sem ela, pode-se até ganhar um ou outro campeonato, mas não haverá consistência de resultados no longo prazo. Se a política (sempre ela) não atrapalhar, o futuro dos finalistas da Copa do Brasil promete muitas alegrias aos seus torcedores.

Estava pensando com meus botões como iria começar nosso post sobre o que o futebol Brasileiro precisa e então, recebi este e-mail do Fernando Ferreira, nada mais certo e correto do que fazer as palavras dele, as minhas, assino embaixo meu caro. Só quero acrescentar alguns tópicos, como algumas declarações de presidentes que ainda pensam ser os donos do pedaço e os reis da cocada preta.

Estes deveriam fazer como o ex-senador José Estevão, fundar seu próprio feudo e construir seu castelo e criar sua própria Federação. É a única maneira de ser eternizado e mesmo assim corre seriamente o risco de ver o progresso e o planejamento sério passarem ao largo, além de ter seus recursos financeiros esgotados.

No Arruda, a maior média de público na América do Sul em 2011. Foram 36.916 corais.

Os primeiros dados do estudo sobre a presença na arquibancada haviam sido divulgados em junho deste ano, com as colocações de Santa Cruz, Corinthians e Bahia (veja aqui).

Agora, a pesquisa completa da Pluri Consultoria com os 100 clubes que registraram as maiores médias de público na temporada passada.

O bicampeão pernambucano, em 39º, é o primeiro dos três representantes do país na lista, que conta só o público pagante. Mais. É o único do planeta que entrou sem disputar as duas primeiras divisões nacionais. Paixão que não se mede.

Além da quantidade absoluta, há outro importante dado, com o percentual de ocupação. No caso do Bayern de Munique, o incrível número de “100,1%”.

Fico pensando sobre as memórias que o futebol tem e que não são revistas ou até usadas para explicar parte do que acontece hoje e que são por demais importantes e que provavelmente devem mudar amanhã. Pelo que lembro a Alemanha antes de sediar a Copa do Mundo de 2006, estava com os mesmos problemas que hoje temos no Brasil, baixa taxa de público nos estádios, e tudo mudou depois que se reconstruíram seus estádios e se construiu novas arenas, tal e qual, esperamos, mude também no Brasil, muito embora que lá eles foram profissionais e aqui, isto ainda está engatinhando.

Vemos também que o Brasil precisa mudar estruturalmente sua organização desde a CBF até o mais simples clube no interior de nosso País, muitos pensam que o que serve na Europa pode-se ou deve-se ser aplicado aqui, e é um terrível engano, é preciso se levar em consideração muitas nuances, como principalmente, o nível de educação do povo e daí começar a estruturar o futebol baseados em fatos locais e de cada região, mas, sem usar fatos relevantes não levam a nenhum lugar. Pode até parecer que estou confundindo as bolas, quando falo que devemos esperar mudanças para depois da Copa do Mundo, então vou exemplificar.

Como se pode esperar que o Sport Recife, possa levar ao seu estádio um público de 80.000 torcedores por jogo se lá ninguém sabe exatamente quantos cabem (até porque precisam tentar enganar o fisco, pois paga-se muito para se ter um evento destes) e nenhuma instituição, por mais que tenha em sua administração pessoas sérias e competentes, não consegue sobreviver com o pagamentos de taxas, e impostos em cascata, como estes que se impõe aqui, então o governo federal tem que começar a rever seus conceitos e sua forma de administrar o País. Agora se pensa em construir uma arena para este clube, mas já estão planejando por baixo este público, apenas para 45.000 quando deveria ser para no mínimo 65.000 fãs, pois se trata de um grande empreendimento, e se olhando o clube e o futuro para + de 30 anos, então estamos andando para trás como caranguejos.

Já tive o prazer de assistir jogos na arena do Borussia Dortmund e Recife não fica devendo nada, apenas no quesito “marqueteiro” isto sim, estamos 100 anos atrás, lá eles vendem o pacote para o ano todo e para as empresas, então os ingressos são vendidos, diretamente e não significa textualmente que o público seja aquele anunciado.

Mas, voltando ao mais importante, teremos novas arenas modernas e confortáveis com linha de transportes, sendo construídas, enfim, com uma estrutura de primeiro mundo, precisamos então mudar a estrutura de administração do futebol e então entraremos certamente na cabeça destas pesquisas, não tenham dúvidas, o Brasil não é isto que reflete esta pesquisa, e se for, é apenas pelo quesito amador de nossas administrações.

FIM DA SÉRIE D? FEDERAÇÕES PARASITAS UNEN-SE POR RETROCESSO / END OF SERIES D? FEDERATIONS PARASITES ARE UNITED BY REVERSE.

Sugestão de federações estaduais da CBF anularia todo o processo de estruturação da Série C nacional.

A Série C do Campeonato Brasileiro foi, por muitos anos, um monstrengo difícil de entender. Dezenas de clubes, classificação confusa, e para grande parcela dos participantes uma experiência que não durava mais de seis partidas, deixando um enorme vazio no calendário.

Com a criação da Série D, a CBF conseguiu, tardiamente, mostrar um plano de estruturação da Série C: enxugar e dar a ela um formato de campeonato, para garantir uma temporada cheia aos participantes. 

Financeiramente ainda não é viável repetir o formato de pontos corridos adotado nas duas principais divisões, mas para 2012 foi dado um passo importante: serão dois grupos de 10 equipes, com jogos de ida e volta, transmissão pela TV e despesas de viagens cobertas. Equipes importantes, como Santa Cruz e Fortaleza, se beneficiam enormemente. Não apenas pelo dinheiro, mas pelo lado esportivo: em um campeonato longo, há mais espaço para premiar quem se organiza e se planeja.

Nesta segunda-feira, boa parte das federações estaduais pediu à CBF que reconsidere a existência da Série D, alegando que ela é deficitária e desanima possíveis investimentos nos clubes que sonham com uma vaga na primeira divisão nacional.

A ideia de alguns é voltar a inchar a Série C, ignorando o fato de que ela era exatamente o que se tornou hoje a D. Ou seja, seria um absurdo retrocesso. Em vez de melhorar seus Estaduais cada vez menos interessantes, querem rebaixar o futebol nacional.

Estruturar-se para chegar e permanecer em uma terceira divisão estável (e não mais deficitária) pode ser muito mais interessante em longo prazo do que passar apenas uma temporada na Série B sem capacidade técnica e financeira para tal. O tombo é maior.

É difícil acreditar que as federações querem mesmo defender os interesses dos clubes filiados. Tais instituições, nas figuras de seus eternos presidentes, sobrevivem das migalhas políticas e financeiras que a CBF sempre lhes ofereceu.

José Maria Marin, disposto a tudo para sustentar o poder que caiu em seu colo, tem uma decisão importante nas mãos, mas é impossível não temer que ele tome a decisão política.

Em 2002, quando os clubes tiveram o poder de organizar as ligas regionais, as federações abriram o berreiro e recuperaram seus enfadonhos estaduais. Se pensassem mesmo no melhor para os clubes, nunca teriam matado o lucrativo Campeonato do Nordeste, por exemplo.

Melhorar a Série D, e não acabar com ela, é o caminho. Por que não transformar os Estaduais na própria Série D? Os clubes teriam calendário espalhado ao longo do ano e fariam parte da pirâmide de acesso/descenso do Campeonato Brasileiro - mesmo assim, poderiam manter a participação dos grandes, entrando apenas nas fases finais, para um máximo de 6 a 8 datas.

Ficaria para trás o problema de determinados clubes que acabam a temporada em maio. Teríamos datas de sobra para pré-temporada, pausas em datas FIFA e tudo aquilo que faz falta para nosso futebol ter uma cara mais profissional.

Difícil é o sistema feudal das federações estaduais se curvarem.

Concordo com quase tudo acima exposto, o problema é que temos um País continental e onde o futebol é ainda o maior esporte praticado, até pelo seu custo e por qualquer lugar se prestar a um joguinho. Então vamos por pontos, em primeiro lugar como a CBF nunca se importou com a administração do futebol brasileiro tanto é que entregou os campeonatos da Serie A e Serie B a duas instituições que nunca deveriam existir, na realidade não são reconhecidas pela FIFA como tal, pois somente a CBF é a representante legal da entidade para administrar o futebol.

Então temos campeonatos que estão sendo balizado por uma TV que compra seus direitos “exclusivamente”, dita as condições, negocia separadamente, quebrando assim qualquer tentativa de união e dita então quem poderá crescer, nivelando por cima o Sul e Sudeste, como se o Brasil fosse somente isso, esquecendo o resto deste País.

Que os nossos clubes são administrados por presidentes amadores e estagiários, todos já sabem, que as Federações Estaduais pertencem a famílias e grupos, ninguém duvida, até a própria CBF, quem está lá não sai tampouco. O que interessa é saber se isto irá continuar da maneira que está, porque se for, podem se conscientizar que nosso futuro é descer mais ainda, pois o fundo do poço está mais distante que pensava.

Temos que ter realmente uma Confederação Brasileira que administre e normatize o futebol Brasileiro como quem olha para sua própria família. O Brasil além de comportar uma Serie D, profissional, organizada e lucrativa, comporta outras mais, só precisa de planejamento, seriedade e conhecimento, não faz sentido a Alemanha e outros terem 9 divisões profissionais e o Brasil apenas 4.

Querem acabar com a galinha dos ovos de ouro sem saber. Temos condições de conseguir recursos para desenvolver mais e mais o futebol e em todo o País, basta querer, lembram-se daquele inglês que chegou aqui e pediu apenas 2 anos para administrar nosso futebol e faze-lo o maior, o mais visto e o mais lucrativo? Eu lembro sim, e sei muito bem do que ele está falando, e olhem que ele é inglês, um “gringo” que não conhece nossas necessidades, nossas mesquinharias e nossos problemas, ele só conhece o que pode fazer, usando o nome e a fama que o Brasil tem, mas tem por enquanto, é o que acho.

Internado no fim do ano passado com uma inflamação no intestino grosso e diabético, Teixeira foi submetido a uma cirurgia cardíaca há alguns anos.

Segundo o presidente da federação paraense, Antonio Carlos Nunes, o ex-presidente da CBF vai passar por uma cirurgia nos próximos dias.

Rio - Ricardo Teixeira quer ficar recluso. Desde a semana passada em Miami, onde já moravam esposa e a filha mais nova, o ex-presidente da CBF - sempre avesso às entrevistas - espera encontrar a tranquilidade que tanto desejou nos dias conturbados de denúncias e críticas, à administração da entidade e ao futebol da seleção brasileira. Mas o cartola também precisa se tratar.

Internado no fim do ano passado com uma diverticulite (inflamação no intestino grosso), diabético, Teixeira foi submetido a uma cirurgia cardíaca há alguns anos. Na assembleia geral extraordinária da semana passada, comunicou aos dirigentes de federações que passaria por exames importantes, que determinariam seu real estado. Pouco mais de uma semana depois, renunciou.

Segundo o presidente da federação paraense, Antonio Carlos Nunes, o ex-presidente da CBF vai passar por uma cirurgia nos próximos dias. Recentemente, Teixeira ainda apresentava sequelas após cair do cavalo, em sua fazenda, no interior do estado do Rio de Janeiro. O cartola tinha de fazer fisioterapia, mas faltou às sessões e começou a andar com dificuldade.

Nos últimos meses, aumentaram as denúncias contra Teixeira. A que mais o atormentava diz respeito à propinas que ele teria recebido da empresa suíça de marketing esportivo ISL, numa transição envolvendo a FIFA.

A pessoas próximas; o ex-presidente confidenciou que não queria ver a filha mais nova crescer da mesma forma que os três filhos mais velhos, com denúncias e insinuações contra a integridade do pai. No Brasil, se desfez de vários bens e dispensou funcionários, como seguranças e motoristas. Dava sinais de que renunciaria.

Em todo o processo de renúncia, não ficou claro o quanto pesou a pressão do governo federal - Teixeira já não mantinha diálogo com a presidente Dilma -, ou a ameaça da FIFA em revelar documentos que comprovariam a corrupção do dirigente no caso da ISL.

De uma coisa tenho certeza, nosso futebol foi abandonado a muito tempo, aproximadamente duas décadas. Deixamos de desenvolver internamente o futebol profissional, para cuidarmos apenas das competições internacionais, deixando um rico legado de dinheiro na CBF.

Em contrapartida, assistimos a organização de campeonatos, sua estrutura, e seu futuro largados. Precisamos urgentemente ter realmente pessoas que amem o futebol e tenham o conhecimento, além, é claro de terem lisura em sua vida profissional. Eu particularmente gostaria muito de ver pessoas como o Artur Antunes Coimbra, “ZICO”, à frente dessa instituição, logicamente que ajudados por outros que podem, conhecem e sabem o que é o futebol brasileiro.
