Nesta quinta-feira, o jornal espanhol Marca revelou que o clube catalão ofereceu 6 milhões de euros pelo silêncio do DIS, braço esportivo do Grupo Sonda e detentor de 40% dos direitos do atleta antes da negociação. De acordo com José Barral, presidente do Grupo Sonda, a proposta foi feita por André Cury, que se apresentou como representante do Barcelona no Brasil.

"Tomamos um café, e ele nos fez uma oferta inicial de 4 milhões de euros para deixarmos o assunto passar. Sentamos e discutimos quanto merecíamos segundo o valor do atleta. 

Dissemos a cifra que acreditávamos merecer. Para nós, deviam ser 12 milhões de euros, além dos 6 milhões de euros que já havíamos recebido. Ele chegou a 6 milhões de euros. 

Tivemos três reuniões", relata o executivo.

A DIS adquiriu 40% dos direitos em 2009. Na época, a empresa pagou R$ 5 milhões mais comissões. "Ele era um bom jogador, mas ninguém imaginava que ele se transformaria nisso. 

Fizemos esse investimento para que ele ficasse no Brasil. Caso contrário, podia sair na época", explica Barral.

Na matéria veiculada pelo jornal espanhol, o executivo revela ainda que o Real Madrid chegou perto de assinar com Neymar. Após assediar o atacante quando tinha apenas 13 anos - e, segundo ele, só ter a proposta negada porque o Santos deu 2 milhões de euros ao pai do atleta -, a equipe merengue voltou a tentar sua contratação em 2011. Segundo Barral, o jogador chegou a realizar exames médicos para assinar contrato.

"Em três reuniões diferentes, Wagner Ribeiro e Neymar pai nos ofereceram 8 milhões de euros pelos 40% da DIS. Foi quando apareceu o Real Madrid. A informação foi publicada primeiramente nesta quinta, pela manhã pelo blog do jornalista Milton Neves. O time paulistano também concordou com outra exigência da cúpula alvinegra, que terá direito a 5% do dinheiro em uma possível futura venda do meia. Já a DIS não receberá nada pela negociação atual, mas acertará com o São Paulo uma forma de lucro.

Sobre a exigência feita pelos santistas para a DIS, a empresa não cedeu aos pedidos dos dirigentes do clube. Para liberar Ganso, o Santos queria que o investidor perdoasse pelo menos metade da dívida contraída por não ter feito o repasse de 25% da venda do outro meia atacante Wesley, hoje no Palmeiras, para o Werder Bremen (Alemanha), em 2010. A situação segue inalterada e será resolvida na Justiça, mesmo assim, o Santos liberou Ganso para assinar com o São Paulo.

Seguiu com boas atuações no Brasileiro, mas foi em 2010, sob comando de Dorival Jr., que brilhou a ponto de ficar na lista reserva na convocação da Copa do Mundo de 2010, ano em que ganhou o campeonato Paulista e a Copa do Brasil num time de ataque envolvente ao lado de Neymar, Robinho e André.

Após o Mundial, foi colocado como um dos pilares da renovação da seleção feita por Mano Menezes, inclusive com boa atuação no primeiro jogo do novo treinador, quando vestiu a camisa 10. Depois, rompeu o ligamento do joelho esquerdo em agosto, exatamente no Estádio Olímpico diante do Grêmio, e voltou apenas em 2011. Parece-nos o caso comum de todos os presidentes que não continuam a administração passada e, além disso, ficaram inimigos do último dirigente e quem sofre e paga isto é apenas a instituição, além de serem mais torcedores do que dirigentes e isto faz muito mal ao futebol e ao clube, senão vejamos. Quando ele não renovou o contrato com o atleta pelo motivo da contusão, mostrou que não confiava em sua plena recuperação, na sua equipe de profissionais encarregados de fornece-lhe as informações precisas sobre o estado de saúde e de sua recuperação e ficou rolando com a barriga este acerto, por demais importantes, para o Santos e para o jogador.

O que levou Paulo Henrique a ter “Direitos”, que falam, “econômicos”, isto é outra história: Quando na gestão passada, não havia como aumentar seu salário, cederam uma porção deste Direito Contratual do Santos sobre o atleta, então ele passou a ser “dono” de uma parte deste Direito Contratual, em lugar de receber um salário maior, pois, quando ele mostrasse valor e algum clube fizesse uma oferta, ele teria a mesma porcentagem do valor total dessa oferta, diretamente pagos a ele. Então, vemos que na realidade o Ganso tem sim, Direito de “vender/ceder” estes 10% que havia conseguido em negociações anteriores, não interessa se foi ou não na gestão desse presidente.

Agora o caso está mais do que enrolado, pois a nosso ver, o jogador já perdeu o interesse de permanecer. Então tem que esperar uma proposta, de um outro clube, e que não deverá ser a mesma que poderia ser se tivesse tratado esse assunto com respeito e profissionalidade na hora certa.

Agora pode ser tarde demais para enxugar o leite derramado e quem perde no negócio é o atleta, o Santos e a própria companhia “DIS”, que investiu no jogador e que na gestão anterior era a dona da cocada preta, agora está relegada a terceiro plano, pois o atual presidente trouxe a TEISA. Mais um grupo de interesseiros, chamadas, empresas de investidores e de investimentos que só estão interessados em multiplicar seu próprio din din e quanto maior o lucro, melhor. Este negócio de falar que eles ajudam é conversa fiada, o negócio é fazer dinheiro e pronto.
