"Temos uma série de ações que vão ser tomadas, mas não só de uma vez. Temos o contrato com a ADIDAS e recursos que vão entrar mais à frente. Independentemente disso, temos de montar uma equipe campeã. Temos de ser criativos. A torcida não quer esperar. Ela quer craques e ídolos para entrar em campo", disse o vice-presidente de futebol, Wallim Vasconcellos. 

O plano de que a ADIDAS possa ajudar na contratação de um craque também passa pelas ideias da nova gestão rubro-negra. O objetivo, no entanto, é buscar ações de marketing que possam gerar recursos e, consequentemente, reforços para o time de futebol. Wallim chegou a citar a parceria entre Unimed e Fluminense como exemplo de uma empresa que banca grandes jogadores. Mas garante que na Gávea o modelo seria diferente. 

"Se quiser trazer uma grande estrela, você pode trazer através de uma empresa que pague o jogador. A gente não quer fazer nada semelhante a Fluminense e Unimed. Mas certos jogadores como o Neymar, por exemplo: várias empresas pagam o salário dele", explicou Wallim Vasconcellos. 

Presidente eleito, Eduardo Bandeira de Mello endossou o discurso de seu vice-presidente de futebol. O líder do grupo reconheceu que a situação financeira está longe de ser boa, mas garantiu trabalho e, de novo, repetiu a palavra criatividade para explicar os meios com que pretendem formar um Flamengo competitivo na próxima temporada.

"A situação não é boa. Se fosse boa, não teria necessidade de se antecipar verbas. Mas temos de reverter com criatividade. Vamos ter de ter princípios de austeridade. Em um clube que tem 30 milhões de torcedores não vai haver problema para sanear as finanças", finalizou Eduardo Bandeira de Mello.

Concordo com as declarações dos novos administradores desse clube, e que se souberem se pode reverter isso rapidamente, baseado na torcida, e na marca FLAMENGO, em primeira instância, mas, é uma pena que um dos maiores clubes no mundo esteja nesta situação. 

Temos que mudar esta maneira de se administrar, pois, pensar que uma pessoa é capaz e pode ser o presidente porque é um ídolo do clube, é um ledo engano, temos que pensar em profissionalizar as administrações e se para isso se tiver que mexer nos estatutos dos clubes e em sua forma de ser, que se faça, agora.

Não se pode, em pleno século XXI, aceitar que as instituições que foram criadas como clubes de lazer, amadoramente e sem lucratividade, continuem sendo administrados sem o conhecimento de tudo o que está acontecendo no mundo e, o que é pior, se pensando como nossos antepassados. 

É necessário, e urgente, que mudemos as regras do jogo, do contrário, veremos ainda mais desastres e insucessos no futebol brasileiro.

A informação é da coluna De Prima do diário esportivo "Lance!", em sua edição desta quarta-feira. Os alvos seriam os chamados 'rebeldes', casos de Corinthians, Flamengo, Cruzeiro e pelo menos outras oito agremiações, todas já de acordo selado com a emissora carioca.

Segundo a nota, é a primeira vez que o presidente do C13, Fábio Koff, admite a possibilidade de ir à Justiça, onde o objetivo seria anular os contratos assinados. No entanto, a ação judiciária só seria posta em prática em último caso. Como são 12 os clubes já fechados com a TV Globo, fica a impressão de faltar um nesta conta, mas o periódico não entra neste detalhe.

Por exemplo:

a. Que a CBF assuma de uma vez a regulamentação e administração das competições no futebol brasileiro.
b. Adequar o calendário do nosso futebol ao futebol mundial.
c. Fazer com que as regras da FIFA sejam seguidas e entendidas por todos que estão no negócio do futebol.
d. Fiscalizar e exigir dos Estados que estão construindo estádios e até do próprio governo uma pronta atuação no cumprimento ao que se dispôs fazer e construir para realizarmos uma Copa do Mundo decente e com o mínimo de problemas possíveis.
e. Que a CBF cuide das divisões profissionais brasileiras equanimente e que crie todas as divisões necessárias para que todo o Brasil seja integrado, tenha chance de interagir e crescer juntamente com o Sul e Sudeste.
f. Que se crie também mais divisões nacionais veja o exemplo da Alemanha, eles tem 9 divisões profissionais, e Portugal, que tem 5, porque o Brasil tem apenas 4.
g. Que o futebol profissional feminino seja regulado, olhado e estabelecido nos moldes do futebol profissional masculino. Vamos ter uma Copa do Mundo em Junho e ninguém sequer escuta falar.
h. Que os departamentos de árbitros sejam filiados a CBF e desvinculados das Federações Estaduais, bem como, seja transformado em árbitros profissionais.
i. Que o Direito de Arena seja esclarecido e o pagamento feito diretamente aos atletas pela TV.

Temos muito mais necessidades do que imaginamos, para podermos virar a página deste nosso futebol organizado aleatoriamente e amadoramente. O trem está na porta e apitando, se o perdermos o resultado poderá ser catastrófico.

O litígio entre Robinho e Nike já havia resultado em uma ação na Justiça da Holanda, onde a empresa obteve vitória em primeira instância. O jogador de 27 anos entende que seu contrato com a Nike terminou no dia 1º de dezembro do ano passado, enquanto a companhia afirma que o documento prevê a renovação automática do vínculo até 30 de novembro de 2014.

Na Holanda, o Tribunal de Justiça entendeu que Robinho deve cumprir o contrato até 2014 e fixou uma multa no valor de 300 mil euros por dia (cerca de R$ 700 mil) caso o jogador não use os produtos da empresa. Enquanto os advogados do atacante recorrem da primeira sentença no país europeu, decidiram também ingressar na Justiça brasileira.

Robinho precisa antes de qualquer coisa de ter uma assessoria competente e ligada a tudo que o cerca, que seria o mais recomendado, ter um Agente Credenciado, afinal à comissão é menor que a de um Advogado e se resolve muito mais fácil estes problemas.

Mais prefere deixar que seu próprio genitor se encarregue destas negociações.

Muitos jogadores acham que podem assobiar e chupar cana e têm outros que, além disso, pensam poder ser ator e ou compositor. O que é uma pena ver que enquanto a maioria dos jogadores profissionais no futebol brasileiro vive a míngua, sem ter um pagamento digno, sem carteira assinada, sem encargos trabalhistas recolhidos, com salários de fome e ainda por cima, atrasados.

Outros se dão ao luxo de deixar passar esta grande oportunidade de ganhar um dinheiro (e que dinheiro) extra.

A intenção do governo é publicar uma Medida Provisória (MP) que regule as ações relacionadas ao evento que será realizado no Brasil em 2014, chamada Lei Geral da Copa.

O governo federal prepara uma Medida Provisória que pode abrir uma brecha para flexibilizar o monopólio da FIFA sobre os direitos de transmissão das imagens da Copa do Mundo de 2014 e, naturalmente, tem tudo para desagradar à entidade. Segundo reportagem publicada na edição deste domingo da Folha de São Paulo, o texto preparado no Ministério do Esporte, ao qual o jornal teve acesso, defende um espaço maior para as emissoras sem direitos de transmissão do Mundial.

A intenção do governo é publicar uma Medida Provisória (MP) que regule as ações relacionadas ao evento que será realizado no Brasil em 2014, chamada Lei Geral da Copa. Um dos artigos permite às emissoras de TV que não compraram os direitos de transmissão do torneio veicular 30 segundos de eventos relacionados à Copa, além de 3% do tempo de cada partida.

Assim que esse ponto for resolvido, a Lei Geral da Copa deve ser encaminhada ao Congresso Nacional. Na prática, diz a Folha, a brecha reduz a exclusividade de distribuição das imagens dos jogos e eventos relacionados ao Mundial de 2014. De acordo com a proposta, essas emissoras de TV poderiam usar o chamado "flagrante de imagem" lances dos jogos destinados a programas exclusivamente jornalísticos. Essa regra só valeria para empresas brasileiras.

De acordo com o jornal, o Comitê Organizador Local (COL) da Copa do Mundo de 2014 é contrário à flexibilização proposta pelo governo. A Rede Globo, parceira tradicional da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF), já comprou os direitos de transmissão do Mundial do Brasil, mas ainda não negociou com outras emissoras o sub-licenciamento (uma permissão para transmitir as partidas com uma autorização da dona dos direitos). Assim como acontece nos jogos do Campeonato Brasileiro, a TV Band deve fechar essa parceria.

Pelo texto da Medida Provisória, a liberação das imagens da Copa do Mundo não será mais feita pela TV Globo, como acontecia antes, mas pela própria FIFA, que disponibilizaria, em até duas horas depois das partidas, no mínimo seis minutos de conteúdo para que as outras emissoras pudessem utilizar nos limites de tempo previamente acordados.

Estamos vendo uma verdadeira torre de Babel no nosso País, nos esportes. Parece até que nunca se viu organização, planejamento e outras coisas mais que estão alavancando nosso País a ser uma das grandes economias mundiais e porque não dizer, potência, também.

Espero que isto tudo não seja apenas a volúpia de encherem mais ainda os bolsos com dinheiro que não lhes pertence. Precisamos urgentemente de colocar ordem na casa, do contrário os resultados não serão aqueles que esperamos pelo menos, eu e o resto da Nação Brasileira.

Não gosto de falar em política, mais como um dos que acreditou no ex-presidente LULA e acompanhou seu pedido para votar em Dilma Roussef, peço que nossa presidenta olhe com carinho para esta situação no futebol também.
