A Federação de Futebol do Piauí está proibida de participar de qualquer competição nacional ou atividades realizadas pela CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol).

Em assembléia geral realizada na última quinta-feira, com a presença de 25 federações filiadas, a CBF decidiu afastar, em caráter preventivo, a entidade piauiense, devido ao impasse judicial que derrubou o presidente Lula Ferreira e determinou a posse de Cesarino Oliveira Sousa na Federação.

A entidade que comanda o futebol brasileiro alega que existe um impasse judicial e que a nova direção não foi eleita dentro do regular processo eleitoral. Em contato com o site Terra, a assessoria de imprensa da CBF não quis se pronunciar sobre o assunto e reiterou que a decisão foi tomada por unanimidade, com votos de todas as demais federações filiadas.

Com a decisão da CBF, nenhum jogador será transferido de outros Estados para o Piauí. A Federação também fica impedida de receber repasses de recursos.

Cesarino Sousa caracterizou a decisão como um "boicote" à Federação do Piauí, devido à ligação do antigo presidente com os dirigentes da CBF. Ele conta que desde janeiro não recebe nada da entidade nacional, que teria deixado de repassar quase R$ 150 mil nos últimos três meses.

"Vamos enfrentar essa briga com a CBF até o fim. Isso é uma discriminação, um boicote infundado e sem motivo", disse Cesarino Sousa.

O presidente reclama que desde que assumiu a Federação do Piauí não consegue se comunicar com a CBF nem via telefone ou ofícios. "É uma má vontade terrível. Não consigo falar com os dirigentes e soube até que os documentos que chegam são rasgados", afirmou.

Cesarino disse que o campeonato piauiense não será prejudicado. No Estado, existem mais de 300 jogadores profissionais. "Vamos entrar com ação judicial e se for preciso acionaremos judicialmente a Confederação", disse o presidente.

Vejam por si próprios, que o futebol profissional brasileiro está em parafuso e não vemos nenhuma luz no final do túnel. Todos que militam no futebol sabem que a determinação da FIFA é de que não se deve usar a Justiça Comum e quem o fizer deve ficar fora do futebol profissional.

De uma coisa nós todos sabemos, nenhum presidente atual de Federação pensa em sair mais do cargo e quem se aposentar deve deixar um parente no comando. Além de que ninguém pode se candidatar a presidente de Federação pois o processo está direcionado a manter os que lá estão.


Todos estão seguindo os exemplos que vem de Zurique e vamos esperar o resultado da eleição no dia 1º de Junho, quando das eleições presidenciáveis da FIFA.

Às 19h23 de anteontem, o Sport publicou em seu site que voltaria a ser considerado o único detentor do título daquele ano, que hoje é dividido com o Flamengo.

Menos de 24 horas depois, às 13h32 de ontem, o site da Justiça Federal em Pernambuco mostrou que a situação não estava tão definida.

O juiz Francisco Alves, da 2ª Vara Federal daquele Estado, explicou que deferiu apenas uma ação cautelar de interpelação solicitada pelo clube contra a CBF e seu presidente, Ricardo Teixeira.

Deixando a linguagem jurídica de lado, isso significa que a entidade será notificada sobre o pedido do Sport para ser considerado o único campeão nacional de 1987.

Mas, por essa ação, a CBF não é obrigada a cumprir a solicitação. O time diz que o pedido é baseado em uma decisão judicial a seu favor, emitida na década de 1990 e à qual já não cabe recurso.

O diretor jurídico do Sport, Arnaldo Barros, negou que o clube iludiu a torcida e afirmou que "a nota oficial mostra o que o clube acredita."

O texto que está no site diz: "O Sport será confirmado, mais uma vez, como o único detentor do título do Campeonato Brasileiro de 1987".

Ao tomar conhecimento da nota, a reportagem tentou fazer contato com a Justiça Federal em Pernambuco, mas foi avisada de que o expediente estava encerrado.

Em meio a isso, o juiz Marcelo Mesquita Saraiva, da 15ª Vara Cível da Justiça Federal em São Paulo, emitiu parecer determinando que a Taça das Bolinhas, dada ao primeiro pentacampeão brasileiro, fique com o atual dono.

O troféu está com o São Paulo, que atingiu o feito antes do Flamengo --caso o título de 1987 dos cariocas seja desconsiderado. O time do Rio também tem uma decisão judicial que determina a recuperação do troféu.

Acho que não preciso falar mais nada, amadorismo e falta de conhecimento é que norteiam o futebol brasileiro. Naturalmente que falta da CBF a responsável pelo futebol profissional brasileiro a lisura, transparência e integridade ou estou errado?
