Fico escutando o que se fala nos programas esportivos sobre as contratações e os mesmos atletas que retornam. Temos infelizmente que continuar falando que a “mesmice” continua sendo a maior retórica de nosso futebol, promovido por nossos dirigentes amadores.
Na capital é uma coisa espantosa, os que já foram, e que já eram, estão voltando e os que nunca saíram estão pedindo muita grana para renovar? Além de que fica se vendo uma verdadeira briga para ver quem tira o jogador do outro? Ora, senhores se tivessem procedido como profissionais, teriam feito contratos como se deve fazer, sempre na linha de 3 anos, e partindo para 5 anos, nunca de 6 meses ou de 1 ano, ou será que vocês próprios não acreditam nos próprios jogadores contratados e não tem conhecimento do que fazem, e não adianta falar que “não temos verba para contratos longos ou receita”, o que realmente deve ser verdade, pois ten-se que criar isto.
Quando se conhece do que está se fazendo se tem firmeza, se faz o certo, pois é isto que vem daquela máxima de que, quem tem conhecimento tem competência. Se os senhores são sabedores do nível dos atletas, teriam feito o que qualquer clube profissional tem que fazer quando contrata um atleta profissional, analisar sua idade, desempenho anterior, característica, direito econômico, a quem ele está ligado e como.... E como fazer um contrato para que o clube tenha condição de ter o mesmo atleta por um período confortável e para até tentar ganhar com ele (este é o nome do jogo)ganhar, dentro e fora do campo.
Quem está se destacando no futebol brasileiro está fazendo isto. E quem não pensar nisto e não tomar providências vai ficar mais distante dos que estão vencendo, e esse distanciamento está ficando cada vez maior, e depois não venham falar que isto é porque não faz parte do Clube dos 13 ou não tem recursos e outras perolas mais.
Aqui no interior, o futebol tem uma situação diferente, quase nenhum time atua o ano inteiro, quase nenhum tem departamento de formação de atletas (entenda-se, divisões de base, escolinhas), quase nenhum sabe o que significa “direitos econômicos”, quase nenhum sabe o que significa custo e benefício e o que resultará em dividendos a curto, médio e longo prazo, pouquissimos registram os jogadores e o que é tão ou mais importante, recolhe os encargos trabalhistas. Nenhum olha o que pode e deve fazer durante o ano todo para manter seus jogadores durante este período.
Então de onde sairia os recursos para poder ter um time por mais 3 a 4 meses, ou seja, pelo ano inteiro, que é como deve ser e como se deve fazer? Quando a competição acaba..... os jogadores pegam o beco e não fica nada, se o clube honrou sua folha e seus encargos trabalhistas, beleza; caso não, aí começa a dança das “causas trabalhistas” que irão perdurar por décadas, minando a instituição financeiramente e sua condição de existir.
Não compreendem que através de patrocínios e através de um planejamento de médio e longo prazo com um departamento de marketing e conhecimento de mercado internacional se consegue isto. Os recursos para se manter o clube em atividade por todo o ano.
Que o clube tenha uma vida ativa para que possa ter sócios contribuindo mensalmente para sustentar esta instituição, que excursione, que participe de torneios, que faça jogos amistosos, que licencie produtos, que use sua comunidade, seus fans, entre outros.
Aqui em Garanhuns se fala em chamar os mesmos jogadores que por aqui passaram nos últimos 5 a 15 anos nesta volta a segunda divisão e que estão mais para qualquer outra coisa que para jogador profissional de futebol, além é claro, para comandar o plantel profissionalmente ou seja, o técnico, se fala em pessoas que nunca se reciclaram, nunca buscaram aprender cientificamente para se profissionalizar como técnico de futebol.
Veja o paradoxo; para ser médico, advogado, nutricionista, psicólogo, preparador físico, enfermeiro, massagista, enfim, para todas as posições técnicas no futebol se precisam além do conhecimento inerente da função se exige um diploma e de nível superior para se contratar o profissional desta área. Já o Técnico, ou seja, o Head Coach (como se fala em Inglês), não se exige isto, não se pede isto, não se olha isto, mais é somente aqui no Brasil, no resto do mundo, se exige e cada vez mais, o profissional que veiu do campo (ex-jogador) precisa ter este conhecimento empírico e cientifico.
Ele deverá ser o chefe do grupo, vejam que paradoxo? O técnico que deve comandar todos estes profissionais e mais o elenco..... é o único que não se exige este detalhe. Negócio estranho, pois é quem vai comandar a equipe, programar o planejamento, esquematizar o sistema tático, traçar os planos de comandar toda a equipe, ver toda a logística do time, às vezes não sabe nem escrever seu próprio nome, é uma tristeza.
