O enredo sobre o leilão que Ronaldinho Gaúcho está fazendo com alguns clubes brasileiros que tentam contratá-lo ganhou, ontem, um tom de comédia, tipo pastelão.
Repetindo o que aconteceu durante toda a semana, o dia foi de especulações. Muitas, do Sul ao Sudeste do país. Entretanto, entre um disse-me-disse e outro, uma demonstração curiosa de otimismo. Funcionários de uma empresa particular foram flagrados montando equipamentos de som à beira do gramado do estádio Olímpico, pertencente ao Grêmio. O objetivo era preparar o local da festa de apresentação da suposta contratação do brasileiro que não interessa mais ao Milan.
A montagem dos aparelhos estava sendo feita durante a manhã. No início da tarde, o trabalho inverso começou. Tudo o que havia sido levado para dentro do estádio foi retirado. De acordo com informações da imprensa local, o presidente do Grêmio, Paulo Odone, não teria sido informado sobre a preparação da festa, e, ao descobri-la, ordenou a desmontagem dos equipamentos.
Enquanto isso, no Rio de Janeiro, o irmão e empresário de Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Assis, teve uma nova conversa com o vice-presidente do Milan, Adriano Galliani. Saiu do encontro sem uma decisão. De novo. O desfecho do negócio, que tantas vezes foi anunciado durante a semana, foi adiado. Mais um capítulo de uma novela que parece não ter fim.
Pois é pessoal, vejam só o que a falta de conhecimento está fazendo com o Ronaldinho Gaúcho, e seu irmão, ex-jogador profissional (que eu vi jogar), como seu procurador, está de acordo com as exigências e regulamentos da própria FIFA que o credencia para tal. O único problema é que isto não é o bastante para se conduzir uma vida, uma carreira profissional e principalmente vitoriosa como a de seu irmão.
Precisa-se mais do que isso, ser parente do jogador profissional para se falar, representar e conduzir com sucesso uma carreira no futebol profissional e principalmente uma transferência deste calibre. Por falta de preparo, do Assis e dos próprios clubes o negócio está virando como a reportagem acima escreve, um “pastelão”, realmente, estamos vendo o negócio descambar para um verdadeiro oba, oba e já está prejudicando o próprio jogador em sua imagem, em sua cidade natal e por conseguinte sua honestidade e caráter estarão sendo questionadas de agora em diante, por culpa da falta de planejamento, logística e condução deste negócio.
Exatamente, isto é um negócio que envolve altas somas e o futuro de muita gente, não se trata apenas do Ronaldinho, de seu irmão (que logicamente tenta fazer o melhor para ele e para seu representado), temos clubes envolvidos nisto que são ícones no nosso País e pro trás disto, suas imensas massas de fans. Então, temos também uma negociação que envolve o futebol brasileiro, o futebol mundial e porque não dizer, o futebol como um todo, afinal estamos falando de um jogador que foi o “melhor do mundo duas vezes”.
Que isto fique de aviso para todo jogador profissional em inicio de carreira e que tenha sonhos e que pense em ir longe, porque não basta somente jogar bonito e ter potencial para se ter sucesso e se alcance seus sonhos. Tem que ter um profissional gabaritado para traçar sua carreira, que se decida por um profissional conhecedor das nuances e das dificuldades do futebol, que conheça sua carreira, que conheça de negócio e principalmente, que possa desenvolver um planejamento de seu futuro, de sua carreira, a vida é um teatro onde não tem ensaios.
