Secretário-geral da FIFA, Jérôme Valcke já reclamou do atraso nas preparações para a copa do mundo no Brasil.

Nada menos que 100% das obras de mobilidade urbana prometidas para a Copa do Mundo de 2014 estão atrasadas e correm o risco de ficarem pela metade. É isso o que aponta um relatório do Ministério Público Federal (MPF), de acordo com o jornal O Estado de S. Paulo. O órgão enviou ofício aos 12 Estados que sediarão o Mundial cobrando agilidade e acompanhamento mais criterioso das obras.

Segundo balanço divulgado pelo Tribunal de Contas 

da União (TCU), até 31 de janeiro a Caixa Econômica Federal havia liberado só R$ 206 milhões do total de R$ 5,3 bilhões previstos para os 47 projetos de mobilidade contratados. 

Apenas oito deles já receberam dinheiro do financiamento. Algumas cidades com obras "emperradas" são Brasília, onde o Veículo Leve sobre Trilhos (VLT) e as obras na DF-047 ainda não passaram da fase de licitação; e Porto Alegre, onde quase todas as obras de transporte estão começando neste mês, segundo a prefeitura.

Pois é, este é o Brasil que não queremos ver, o das mentiras, o das mazelas, o da corrupção. E agora! Como vamos ficar? Tempos atrás escrevi aqui mesmo sobre Recife se preparar com alguns “hoovercrafts” aqueles barcos ingleses que flutuam através de colchão de ar pneumáticos sobre mangue/lixo/água/capim, etc., ou vocês acham que em julho não irá chover e que todas as obras que hoje estão sendo construídas darão conta da necessidade. 

Eu não tenho dúvidas de que precisamos de no mínimo mais 70% de tudo o que está se fazendo.

O técnico Muricy Ramalho voltou a falar sobre o fato de não ter assumido o comando da seleção brasileira após a Copa do Mundo de 2010, quando a comissão liderada por Dunga foi desfeita pela CBF e o presidente Ricardo Teixeira convidou o atual treinador santista, então no Fluminense, para ocupar o cargo.

Na ocasião, Muricy alegou ter mantido o compromisso com o Fluminense, clube em que seria campeão brasileiro no final daquele mesmo ano, 2010. Agora, em entrevista à rádio Bandeirantes, o treinador disse que um conflito entre CBF e o clube carioca fez com que o time tricolor não liberasse o técnico.

"Eles estavam brigados, depois que eu fiquei sabendo. Pensei que o Ricardo [Teixeira, ex-presidente da CBF] ia ligar para os caras e conversar. Mas ficaram na bronca", afirmou Muricy, que ainda se mostrou desapontado com o tratamento dado para a situação - o dirigente seguiu para uma fazenda, sem sinal de telefone, e Muricy teve de dar a resposta ao chefe de comunicação, Rodrigo Paiva.

"Quando eu cheguei no clube de golfe [local da reunião com Ricardo Teixeira] eu me assustei, achei que tinha de ter um planejamento, um contrato. A gente estava definindo ali um técnico para a Copa do Mundo. Eu saí de lá como técnico da seleção, dizendo que tinha um problema que era a palavra que tinha com o Fluminense. Mas deu tudo certo. Se eu não me sinto legal num lugar, não quero saber, não vou. Isso não tira a vontade de ser técnico da seleção um dia, mas não sou louco por isso, não", completou.

Ainda sobre a conversa com Ricardo Teixeira, Muricy ressaltou que não foram discutidos números do salário ou cronograma da seleção, e que sentiu falta de 'papéis', de informações sobre o planejamento da seleção brasileira.

Isto mostra os bastidores do futebol brasileiro, a falta de planejamento e não estou falando somente sobre a Seleção nacional, estou englobando o futebol brasileiro, pois é para isso que existe a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, gerir, organizar e mostrar os caminhos do futebol profissional brasileiro.

Desde este episódio, Muricy venceu o Brasileiro e, no ano passado, ganhou o Campeonato Paulista e a Copa Libertadores das Américas pelo Santos. Agora, se mantém na disputa pelo bicampeonato de ambos os torneios: no Estadual, pega o Mogi Mirim nas quartas de final; no continental, recebe o The Strongest na Vila Belmiro, quinta-feira, tentando confirmar o primeiro lugar do grupo.

Sem dúvidas que o Muricy Ramalho é o que mais merece está na frente do comando técnico de nossa seleção por tudo que tem conquistado mostra que está na frente de todos, sem dúvidas e merece a posição.

Presidente do Vasco, Roberto Dinamite fez questão de demonstrar seu apoio a Juninho. O ex-atacante do clube se mostrou revoltado em relação ao vazamento do contrato e elogiou o atleta. "Lamento profundamente essa situação. É um atleta acima da média em todos os sentidos, serve como referência como homem, jogador e ser humano", comentou. Ele conversou comigo, está chateado, como eu, porque não cabe a ninguém, nem a quem faz parte do nosso conselho, questionar um jogador que nos ajudou e fez o que fez para voltar ao clube", disse o presidente.

Infelizmente meu caro Roberto e Juninho, o nosso futebol enquanto tiver um “conselho” que pode mudar o seu presidente, criticar seu melhor jogador e influenciar nos rumos de um clube profissional, estaremos andando em círculos. Esta é a “mesmice” a que me refiro no futebol brasileiro.

Como se pode dirigir um clube profissionalmente se quem decide na maioria das vezes é um torcedor e além de tudo um leigo nestas questões. Aqui em Pernambuco acontece o mesmo, um presidente não decide quase nada, sempre é levado pelos “diretores amadores” e “conselheiros” dos clubes, o que é uma lástima e os próprios presidentes que em sua maioria são apenas “torcedores”, quem perde é o futebol brasileiro.
