Foram colocadas na Justiça as pessoas que usaram de artifícios contrários ao estatuto do clube, tentando fraudar as eleições, sem ter o mínimo de comprometimento com o que é o Sete de Setembro e o que representa para a cidade, para a região e para o próprio futebol profissional. Estas pessoas que não tem nada a ver com o futebol profissional e que ainda não aprovaram suas contas da gestão passada estão deixando correr a revelia muitos problemas como as causas trabalhistas de gestões passadas e deles próprios, o tempo está passando e a deteorização do patrimônio do clube continua como a do próprio campo oficial que está sendo usado como escolinha. Lógico que o clube deve ter sua divisão de base, com escolinha mais em outro lugar que o campo de jogo oficial do clube e mais bem estruturado.
Da mesma maneira que o clube foi rebaixado e que perderam o prazo para inscrever o clube na Copa Pernambuco, (não tinham recursos, patrocínio, nada) e certamente não terão como fazer para levar o clube a 1ª Divisão em 2011. Logo terá que contratar uma comissão técnica, um time completo, conseguir um local para concentração, arranjar campo para treinamentos, refazer o campo oficial e suas instalações, iluminação, e tudo isto já está ficando atrasado (ninguém consegue patrocínio no mesmo ano, todas as empresas sérias fazem sua projeção de negócios no ano anterior), portanto, como ficará o clube em 2011?
Como todos sabem o Sete de Setembro não tem um “dono”, é uma instituição sem fins lucrativos, e seus sócios patrimoniais é que são legitimamente seus proprietários, e como tem um departamento (ou deveria ter) profissional de futebol ativo, registrado na FPF, deveria está cuidando disso. Mais no momento é usado como roça de milho, canil e tem uma escolinha de futebol feita de maneira errônea e sem nenhum futuro para a instituição.
Conseguimos formar uma chapa composta de 22 sócios patrimoniais, que se comprometeram a nos acompanhar neste difícil projeto, independente do nome de quem será o presidente para o próximo biênio. O que interessa é nosso projeto para levar o clube a sair destes problemas e voltar a 1ª Divisão do futebol Pernambucano.
O que nos move principalmente é o interesse de dirigir o clube profissionalmente, para recuperar seu lugar no futebol, e mostrar aos menos crédulos que quando se faz alguma coisa com amor, conhecimento e competência se podem alcançar os objetivos traçados, temos este grande exemplo do Salgueiro neste ano que subiu para a 2ª Divisão nacional do futebol Brasileiro.
