É chegada a hora. Quando o árbitro der o apito inicial para Náutico e Petrolina, hoje, às 21h30, nos Aflitos, pela rodada de estréia do Campeonato Pernambucano de 2011, terá início a jornada do Timbu em defesa da sua mais gloriosa honra: o hexacampeonato estadual.
O torcedor que for a campo, porém, não espere uma apresentação avassaladora da equipe alvirrubra. O ritmo ainda será lento, o futebol certamente estará longe do ideal. O importante, nas primeiras rodadas da competição, é pontuar.
Como já é de praxe, o calendário é apertado e a pré-temporada ficou bem longe do ideal.
A preparação física foi feita “na medida do possível” e a grande maioria dos jogadores não está nem perto dos 100% da sua capacidade. Por isso, se tem um fator que deve prevalecer nas primeiras rodadas do Estadual é a vontade. “O tempo não foi o ideal para começar uma competição, então sabemos que a doação tem que ser total. O torcedor que for a campo pode esperar muita vontade. Com essa entrega, a gente pode suprir a falta de condicionamento e entrosamento, que só vem com o tempo”, afirmou o goleiro Douglas.
Mesmo assim, os alvirrubros sabem que, como em todo início de temporada, a expectativa dos torcedores sempre é grande, principalmente com as novas caras do grupo, que por sua vez também criam certa ansiedade. Estréia é sempre um jogo mais ansioso. Por parte dos atletas e também da torcida. Os torcedores não conhecem a cara da equipe e vão querer conferir. Os outros sete fizeram parte do elenco alvirrubro em 2010. Por sinal, estão de fora do jogo algumas das principais contratações para a temporada, como o meia atacante Eduardo Ramos, que não foi regularizado a tempo, os volante Derley e Elicarlos e os atacantes Bruno Meneghel e Ricardo Xavier, contratados mais recentemente.
Estou colocando artigos de jornais e outros para mostrar a verdade do nosso futebol, pois estou sempre falando sobre a “mesmice” e a falta de profissionalismo que impera no futebol brasileiro, tenho ainda que salientar que, não é somente em Pernambuco, mais sim, no Brasil todo.
