A partir do dia 22 de maio, praticamente tudo que passar pela Copa, em seus mínimos detalhes, terá a palavra deles. A FIFA aproveitou a realização do congresso técnico de seleções nesta semana, no Costão do Santinho, em Florianópolis, para reunir pela primeira vez no Brasil os coordenadores-gerais escolhidos por ela para comandar os trabalhos nas 12 sedes da competição.

Em documento enviado pela entidade em 10 de fevereiro e obtido pelo ESPN.com.br (veja mais abaixo), o CEO do Comitê Organizador Local (COL), Ricardo Trade, apresenta os nomes.

"Os GCs (General Coordinators, em inglês) são os representantes da FIFA

em cada uma das sedes que tem a palavra final em todas as questões técnicas e organizacionais a partir do início do período exclusivo nas Sedes", escreve Trade.

Esse ciclo varia de acordo com a área a ser ‘ocupada' pela FIFA.

Os 12 coordenadores-gerais anunciados pela federação são todos estrangeiros, carregando alguns detalhes curiosos entre eles como a presença de um ex-presidente do América-MEX, Yon de Luisa Plazas, e ainda de um jogador ganês nascido na Alemanha, Anthony Baffoe. 

Esses profissionais terão direito ainda a assessores que serão escolhidos mais adiante pelo COL e ficarão encarregados basicamente por fazer a ponte entre a FIFA e os representantes locais.

Está a prevista a passagem deles pelas cidades-sedes nos próximos dias. O sul-coreano Man Gim Shil, por exemplo, esteve na Arena da Baixada nesta quinta-feira e aproveitou para conferir também em Curitiba o CT do Caju, que abrigará a seleção espanhola, hotéis oficiais e campos de treinamento.

Ele tem retorno previsto para o seminário das seleções, em Florianópolis, nesta sexta-feira.

Os coordenadores não estão autorizados pelo COL a conceder entrevistas.

Estou começando a imaginar na confusão que isto irá gerar pessoas de outros Países querendo tornar o nosso igual ao deles ou no mínimo, pensando que estão na Europa ou o que é pior, na Suíça, (onde quase tudo tem uma precisão cirúrgica), e principalmente sem a devida competência na língua nativa Brasileira. Já estou mesmo, começando a preparar-me para viajar de moto, pretendo ir a Belize e Costa Rica, subindo pela América Latina.

A constatação se encaixa perfeitamente na situação atual do Flamengo, clube com a maior torcida do país, mas que hoje não tem um grande patrocinador e deve salários para seus jogadores - ou de muitos outros clubes que vêm as crises chegar e sair sem conseguir prevê-las ou impedi-las.

Revie, que está no País discutindo acordos para a convenção - que ocorre pelo terceiro ano seguido no Rio de Janeiro, entre 24 e 28 de novembro -, lembrou-se da situação da Liga Inglesa de futebol 20 anos atrás para vislumbrar uma melhoria do mercado brasileiro. "Éramos um lixo absoluto para gerir nosso futebol. Tínhamos os hooligans, estádios vazios, uma gestão horrorosa. A SOCCEREX aportou no Brasil antes da Copa e há estimativa de que sejam movimentados mais de R$ 140 bilhões, segundo estudo do SEBRAE. Segundo o CEO da convenção, o evento é uma oportunidade não apenas para grandes clubes ou empresas enormes prospectarem mercado e fazerem negócios. Uma fatia do bolo pode ficar para os pequenos empresários.

"O conceito é de networking. Não basta apenas pagar, sentar e ouvir. Nós temos uma responsabilidade de ver o seu negócio e te colocar em frente a empresas que possam fazer negócios com você", afirma Revie. No ano passado, 4,5 mil pessoas passaram pela convenção, inclusive cidades-candidatas a se tornarem subsedes da Copa do Mundo - vão hospedar e ceder centros de treinamento para as seleções. "Os últimos três países escolhidos para a Copa do Mundo (Brasil, Rússia e Catar) tiveram estandes na SOCCEREX antes de conseguirem a indicação. Todo o mundo do futebol passa pela convenção global por cinco dias."

Estou falando nisto desde que comecei a escrever nosso Blog. O Brasil precisa acordar e espero que seja nesta ocasião, a da Copa do Mundo da FIFA no Brasil. Nós temos que ter conhecimento para poder construir com sucesso uma administração profissional no futebol Brasileiro.

Porque caso isto não aconteça dificilmente teremos outra oportunidade de reverter esta catastrófica administração do futebol profissional Brasileiro que é cheio de amadorismo e o que é pior de aproveitadores e metidos a entendedores de futebol. E tem que começar pela própria Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, que nos dá todos os dias exemplos danosos e ineficientes de uma administração que está perdida num emaranhado de arrumadinhos e conchaves.

Precisamos mudar e esta é a oportunidade.
