Em documento enviado pela entidade em 10 de fevereiro e obtido pelo ESPN.com.br (veja mais abaixo), o CEO do Comitê Organizador Local (COL), Ricardo Trade, apresenta os nomes.

"Os GCs (General Coordinators, em inglês) são os representantes da FIFA

em cada uma das sedes que tem a palavra final em todas as questões técnicas e organizacionais a partir do início do período exclusivo nas Sedes", escreve Trade.

Esse ciclo varia de acordo com a área a ser ‘ocupada' pela FIFA.

Os 12 coordenadores-gerais anunciados pela federação são todos estrangeiros, carregando alguns detalhes curiosos entre eles como a presença de um ex-presidente do América-MEX, Yon de Luisa Plazas, e ainda de um jogador ganês nascido na Alemanha, Anthony Baffoe. 

Esses profissionais terão direito ainda a assessores que serão escolhidos mais adiante pelo COL e ficarão encarregados basicamente por fazer a ponte entre a FIFA e os representantes locais.

Está a prevista a passagem deles pelas cidades-sedes nos próximos dias. O sul-coreano Man Gim Shil, por exemplo, esteve na Arena da Baixada nesta quinta-feira e aproveitou para conferir também em Curitiba o CT do Caju, que abrigará a seleção espanhola, hotéis oficiais e campos de treinamento.

Ele tem retorno previsto para o seminário das seleções, em Florianópolis, nesta sexta-feira.

Os coordenadores não estão autorizados pelo COL a conceder entrevistas.

Estou começando a imaginar na confusão que isto irá gerar pessoas de outros Países querendo tornar o nosso igual ao deles ou no mínimo, pensando que estão na Europa ou o que é pior, na Suíça, (onde quase tudo tem uma precisão cirúrgica), e principalmente sem a devida competência na língua nativa Brasileira. Já estou mesmo, começando a preparar-me para viajar de moto, pretendo ir a Belize e Costa Rica, subindo pela América Latina.

O total dos bônus dos três atinge R$ 1.583.980.

Os R$ 750.869 restantes foram divididos pelos demais 37 funcionários, numa média de R$ 20.293 para cada um.

Verdade que Fernanda Fortuna Pizzi, íntima de Joana, foi agraciada com R$ 174.191, o que deixou aos demais 36, em média, R$ 16.018.

Larissa Nuzman, por exemplo, filha de Carlos Nuzman, do COB e do CoRio-16, recebeu bônus de R$ 24.768, com salário de R$ 11.258, porque a cartolagem é como a monarquia, passa de pais para filhos, como se por direito divino.

Resta saber se o Palmeiras conseguirá seu intento de anular a partida contra o Internacional (seria muito bom vê-los levar uma sonora goleada no suposto próximo jogo) para acabar de vez com estes tais “princípios” alegados pelo clube Paulista.  Princípios de que não sabemos.

A comitiva fez breve reunião no aeroporto de Confins, onde autoridades locais apresentaram os projetos da cidade para a Copa das Confederações FIFA 2013 e para o Mundial de 2014. “São mais de 50 projetos, incluindo a pré-operação para os jogos. Teremos corredores do centro para o estádio liberados para o tráfego de automóveis e ônibus já para a Copa das Confederações”, disse o prefeito Márcio Lacerda. A capital tem oito obras de mobilidade urbana previstas, entre elas três Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), que ficarão prontos para o mundial de 2014.

O ministro do Esporte, Aldo Rebelo, destacou o avanço das obras na capital mineira, tanto de mobilidade urbana quanto do Mineirão. “É seguramente uma das mais belas arenas de todo o mundo. Ricardo Trade, do COL, disse que a ideia é realizar um ou dois eventos-teste antes da Copa das Confederações e destacou o trabalho conjunto entre os níveis de governo (local, estadual e federal), COL e FIFA em Minas. “Já estamos preparando a operação, discutindo o transporte com o estado e o município. O estádio

O Mineirão vai receber três partidas da Copa das Confederações FIFA 2013 e seis jogos do Mundial de 2014. O estádio terá capacidade para 64 mil torcedores e investimento de R$ 695 milhões, sendo R$ 400 milhões de financiamento federal. As obras foram iniciadas em 2010. Os trabalhos estão 84% concluídos.

Toda a estrutura metálica da cobertura foi instalada. Outro destaque é a colocação de mais de 50% das cadeiras nas arquibancadas. O sistema de drenagem do gramado já está em estágio avançado. As estruturas das catracas e os bancos de reserva já podem ser vistos.
