Passou praticamente despercebida, neste Brasil anestesiado, a entrevista que João Havelange deu ao repórter Fábio Juppa, publicada no “Globo” da sexta-feira passada.

Havelange pediu que os três níveis governamentais anistiem as dívidas astronômicas dos clubes de futebol e apelou para que “não se cobre mais impostos disto e daquilo”, porque, segundo ele, tal dinheiro ” é um oceano para os clubes e uma gota d’água para a nação”.

O argumento de Havelange é mais ou menos o mesmo que usou durante a ditadura brasileira e que acabou valendo sua queda na CBD, pressionado pelo ditador Ernesto Geisel: “O esporte tranquiliza e é importante na educação de gerações”.

Só faltou dizer quão importante é também para fazer a fortuna de alguns poucos com o seu, o meu, o nosso suado dinheirinho.

Fico imaginando o que isto proporcionaria ao nosso futebol, caso acontecesse. Hoje já temos um verdadeiro festival de desmando, abusos, desvios, sonegação, caixa dois e muita gente mamando nas tetas do sofrido futebol brasileiro.

O Ministério Público do Distrito Federal (DF) entende que o governo local poderá ficar sem dinheiro para a conclusão da obra do estádio de Brasília para a Copa do Mundo de 2014. Por esse e outros apontamentos, pede a anulação do contrato com as empreiteiras para evitar o que chama de "prejuízos perpétuos".

É o que informa em sua edição desta terça-feira o jornal "Folha de S. Paulo". A reportagem diz ainda que o MP local avaliou que o projeto, que prevê capacidade para 70 mil lugares e, com isso, cobiça ainda abrigar a abertura do Mundial, tem "irregularidades graves".

Uma delas é a forma que o governo encontrou para garantir o financiamento da obra, que recorre ao uso de verbas de licitações de terrenos que ainda não foram concluídas ou que estão, por alguma razão, embargadas na Justiça.

"As irregularidades são graves, e o cenário é desfavorável à construção do estádio, ao menos em toda a dimensão pretendida. Urge a anulação do certame e, consequentemente, do contrato", diz o texto do MP obtido pelo jornal.

O periódico acrescenta que o Tribunal de Contas do DF acatou o recurso e abriu prazo para que o governo e as empresas se manifestem antes de tomar uma decisão sobre a necessidade de alteração ou anulação do contrato. O governo do DF, sob comando de Agnelo Queiroz (PT), garante estar respaldado.

"O Ministério Público, junto ao Tribunal de Contas do DF, está cumprindo seu papel ao acompanhar esse processo, e o governo garante que estará cercado de toda segurança jurídica par dar andamento às medidas para o Mundial", diz a nota enviada pelo governo do DF à 'Folha'.

CADE need to keep an eye on the GRÊMIO agreement with TV Globo/CADE precisa ficar de olho no acordo do Grêmio com a TV Globo.

Respeito ao que o CADE determinou?

O Grêmio já anunciou o acerto com a TV Globo para a venda dos direitos de transmissões dos jogos de campeonatos brasileiros de 2012 a 2014.

O acordo parece não respeitar algumas determinações do CADE (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica).

O clube gaúcho anunciou que fez um acordo só para negociar os direitos de Tv aberta, tv fechada, Web e telefonia celular.

O CADE exigia uma licitação transparente para cada uma das quatro plataformas.
Basta lembrar que o Clube dos 13 promoveu a licitação vencida pela Rede TV (única a fazer proposta) apenas para vender direitos de tv aberta.

As outras ainda, em tese, acontecerão.

A única e pequena esperança do C-13 é que as determinações do CADE prevaleçam.

Caso alguém não saiba, o CADE é uma autarquia do Ministério da Justiça.

A entidade presidida por Fabio Koff não irá confrontar e lei, pois se apega à Justiça brasileira para vencer a batalha contra os dissidentes e outros interessados.

O Grêmio, me parece, desrespeitou outra importante determinação do CADE quando não ofereceu possibilidade de concorrência.

Na licitação do C-13 os envelopes deveriam ser entregues fechados. Isso aumentaria os valores, pois os interessados precisariam oferecer o máximo que podem para não perderem a concorrência.

A cartolagem do Imortal Tricolor não deu a chance a outras emissoras.

A TV Globo, ao saber da proposta da Rede TV antes de acertar com os gaúchos, teve alguma vantagem comercial pela falta de concorrência.

Provavelmente gastaria mais no modelo de licitação do C-13.

E o Grêmio, vale lembrar, é membro do Clube dos 13.

Se o CADE, uma entidade pública, estiver de olho no caso, provavelmente tomará alguma medida.

Caso nada aconteça, mais uma vez este país será o Brasil-sil-sil….

Se o CADE deixar tudo rolar sem intervenção, os outros times terão o mesmo direito do Grêmio.

O CADE sabe que os clubes dissidentes se rebelaram às vésperas da licitação do C13.
E que tiveram desde abril do ano passado para discutir o modelo de venda dos direitos.

Será que ninguém no CADE acha tal situação estranha?

Ou será que a Justiça aqui no Brasil não decide mais nada. Parece-nos justamente isto, o futebol do Brasil desceu tanto que a Lei acabou e o que vale é cada um por si...O resto é somente enchimento de linguiça.

E o clubes do Nordeste e Norte do País certamente que além de já serem discriminados, agora serão penalizados. Ninguém em sã consciência poderá acreditar que algum clube Nordestino ou Nortista poderá negociar em igualdade de condições com os clubes do Sul e Sudeste.

Se já temos um futebol claudicante e falido, agora deverá realmente fechar. E fica a pergunta? Onde está O Ministério da Justiça Brasileiro.

O presidente do Clube dos 13, Fábio Koff, voltou a defender a licitação pelos direitos de transmissão do Campeonato Brasileiro no triênio 2012-2014, cujo resultado para a TV aberta será conhecido na próxima sexta-feira, e ironizou os clubes dissidentes que ameaçam até deixar a entidade.

Há muito tempo que o futebol brasileiro precisa ser trazido ao futebol mundial, primeiro ajustando seu calendário com o resto do mundo, segundo seguindo as regras dos órgãos que norteiam o futebol mundial, sem isto, o que será dele.

Este negócio de “não se ter ligação nenhuma com o poder central”, tudo tem que ter um poder central, ou será que alguém quer ser a CBF ou quer tomá-la do atual presidente? Fica a pergunta, alguma coisa está mal explicada e mal resolvida, porque não se lavar a roupa suja. De uma coisa todos nós sabemos, ou muda ou então as coisas vão continuar como estão, um Deus nos acuda e o futebol brasileiro vai cair mais do que já caiu.

Cada um faz o que quer e tudo depende de seu “ego” de seu interesse em ter poder e isto não é correto porque o futebol em si mesmo já diz que é um esporte coletivo. Além de que o futebol brasileiro tem que fazer parte da comunidade mundial.

Precisamos dar condição e ordem a todo o futebol brasileiro aparecer, porque o País não se resume ao Sul e Sudeste somente, temos Norte e Nordeste, temos que parar de sermos racista de termos preconceitos, todos os clubes que se atualizarem se profissionalizando como manda a administração empresarial, eles precisam e merecem fazer parte do futebol profissional brasileiro, afinal tudo é Brasil.

Logicamente que cada clube tem que ser e ter uma administração profissional e competente, não adianta apenas receber o dinheiro da TV e continuar amadoramente administrado, todos sabem o que acontece. Os exemplos se multiplicam todos os dias, clubes que tem grandes torcidas, que tem tradição, clubes que tem 100 anos de fundado, que tem estádios e história, etc., saem do cenário do futebol e passam a serem massas falidas.

Todos têm que se repaginarem, tem que tratar o futebol como uma empresa até mesmo o governo federal que fica à parte, sem interferir, mais o futebol precisa desta interferência, afinal de contas paga impostos, emprega gente e presta serviço a população, então tem dever para com a Nação.
