CBF quer Allianz Parque de São Paulo como sede do futebol em 2016

Em má fase no Campeonato Brasileiro, o Palmeiras teve uma boa notícia. Marco Polo Del Nero, presidente eleito da CBF, anunciou, em Zurique, seu apoio para que o Allianz Parque seja a sede paulista dos jogos de futebol na Olimpíada do Rio, em 2016. Seria uma forma de justificar os investimentos para a construção da nova arena palmeirense, que deve ter sua inauguração em outubro ou novembro.

Em São Paulo, a disputa é política e governador e autoridades pedem ao COI e à FIFA que adiem qualquer definição para depois das eleições para presidente do País e governador do Estado. Além do Allianz Parque, outros dois estádios da capital paulista disputam a realização de partidas nos Jogos.

Em 2009, o Comitê Rio-2016 (COI-Rio) fechou um acordo com o Morumbi para que fosse a sede do futebol em São Paulo. O COI-Rio já indicou que, de alguma forma, pretende respeitar o acordo com o São Paulo, que ficou fora da Copa do Mundo.

Mas os organizadores agora recebem a pressão da FIFA para que utilizem as instalações da Copa do Mundo, justamente para mostrar que os investimentos se justificam. Isso, na prática, significa usar o Itaquerão, estádio do Corinthians. Na última quarta-feira, em Zurique, representantes da Fifa voltaram a defender que os estádios da Copa sejam os escolhidos.

Em Zurique, representantes do COI-Rio e da CBF começaram a desenhar um calendário de partidas para o torneio de futebol dos Jogos de 2016, tanto para a modalidade masculina como feminina.

SEDES - Segundo Del Nero, no Rio, a preocupação é justamente a falta de estádios. A final será disputada no Maracanã. Além do Rio, a previsão é de que os jogos ocorram ainda em Brasília, Salvador, São Paulo e Belo Horizonte.

O Estádio do Engenhão, que está em reforma, só será utilizado para a disputa das provas de atletismo. As obras para a cobertura deverão ser finalizadas até o fim do ano. Outras adequações para receber o atletismo serão iniciadas em 2015. O Campeonato Ibero-Americano, previsto para maio de 2016, será o primeiro evento-teste para os Jogos Olímpicos, que serão disputados em agosto.

Infelizmente este é o Brasil, País onde não existe equidade e bom senso, o que existe é aquela famosa Lei que Gerson falou para vender cigarros (hoje banido da face da terra, por mostrar que são maléficos). Então se são do Rio de Janeiro (Ricardo Teixeira e João Havelange), o que fizeram é somente puxar as coisas para lá, se são de São Paulo (Marim e Del Nero), procedem da mesma maneira, ninguém pensa ou age para o Brasil. No máximo, incluem Minas que está colado e até vão um pouco mais para baixo e incluem Rio Grande do Sul, no resto, somos excluidos (colocaram Salvador, por milagre).

Porque não trazem jogos para a Arena Itaipava de Recife e Fortaleza também, como é que ainda tem coragem de falar que faltam estádios? Afinal todos foram construídos seguindo o padrão FIFA (estas Arenas), além de apresentar durante a Copa do Mundo sempre um público acima da média, ou será que já esqueceram?

A seleção Brasileira quando pensa em levantar sua moral vem aqui para Recife e nós, os cabeças de água de côco, lotamos o estádio e aplaudimos e pulamos até cansar (parecendo até marionetes ou indo mais longe, macacos de circo), e nossos dirigentes ficam conversando miolo de pote, até quando teremos esta discriminação e esta desigualdade?  Vamos pessoal à luta, afinal aqui mesmo começamos a protestar contra as desigualdades que o reino de Portugal queria impor a nosso País, lembram.

Potência instalada de 1,42 MWp será capaz de atender cerca de 900 residências.

O Mineirão é o primeiro estádio da Copa do Mundo de 2014 a ter uma usina solar. Nesta sexta-feira, o Governo de Minas e a Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais, Cemig, promoveram a cerimônia de entrega da Usina Solar Fotovoltaica (USF) do estádio. O empreendimento foi financiado em 80% com fundos do Banco de Desenvolvimento da Alemanha. O evento faz parte das comemorações do Ano da Alemanha no Brasil.

A usina tem uma potência instalada de 1,42 MWp, com cerca de 6.000 módulos fotovoltaicos, sendo que toda a energia gerada será injetada na rede de distribuição da Cemig. Com essa potência, a USF será capaz de atender, aproximadamente, 900 residências de médio porte.

Já a implantação da USF Mineirinho, que terá uma potência de 1,1 MWp, está em processo de elaboração de edital.

A energia elétrica será injetada na rede da Cemig, por meio da subestação de alimentação do Mineirão, situada dentro do estádio. Toda a energia produzida será introduzida na rede, sendo que 10% vai retornar à Minas Arena e será utilizada dentro do Gigante da Pampulha.

"Em um país como o nosso, com cultura e futebol alegres e contagiantes, nada mais natural que as grandes arenas esportivas sejam aparelhadas com usinas solares, como estamos fazendo no Mineirão", destacou o presidente da Cemig, Djalma Bastos de Morais, antes de completar: "Pretendemos estender esse projeto a outros estádios e ginásios do Estado."

"A USF Mineirão deverá estar operando comercialmente na Copa das Confederações, em junho deste ano, evento que antecede a Copa do Mundo de 2014", disse o coordenador Alexandre Heringer Lisboa.

A iniciativa de se instalar uma central geradora de energia a partir dos raios do sol no Mineirão e no Mineirinho foi inspirada nos estádios de Freiburg, cidade alemã, e nos estádios solares construídos para a Eurocopa 2008, na Áustria e Suíça.

"Outra edificação que poderá receber uma usina solar fotovoltaica é o Aeroporto Internacional de Confins, na Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte", afirmou Heringer.

No Mineirão, a usina começou a ser montada em dezembro do ano passado, com os trabalhos de preparação e impermeabilização da cobertura para a montagem das estruturas metálicas de suporte das placas fotovoltaicas. A Usina contribuirá para que o Mineirão seja reconhecido como uma edificação sustentável, obtendo a certificação de Green Building.

O presidente da Minas Arena, Ricardo Barra, destacou o pioneirismo da usina solar no Mineirão, que é a primeira instalada em estádio da Copa do Mundo de 2014 no Brasil. "A inauguração da usina é motivo de muito orgulho, pois é fruto de muito trabalho e dedicação de todos envolvidos na instalação", afirmou.

Pronto desde dezembro do ano passado, o Mineirão receberá Taiti x Nigéria, dia 17 de junho, Japão x México, dia 22, além de uma semifinal da Copa das Confederações, no dia 26 de junho deste ano. Já na Copa de 2014, o estádio mineiro sediará seis partidas, incluindo uma oitavas de final e outra semifinal.

Já não era sem tempo, alguém acordar em relação ao potencial que nosso País tem. Quando estive em Freiburg, consegui visualizar tudo que estávamos deixando de ganhar, nas autoestradas alemãs, as divisórias são quase todas feitas em telas foto voltaicas, que acompanham o movimento do sol e captam a claridade, transformando-a em energia.

E nosso País tem regiões que não tem nuvens impedindo a claridade solar por anos, porque não aproveitar e já tirar um pouco com esta renda, do custo de operação da Arena.

Eles são acusados de realizarem empréstimos para o clube, com uma cobrança de juros bem acima dos valores praticados por instituições financeiras.


No entanto, as investigações estão suspensas porque um dos investigados obteve a concessão, no âmbito do TJ-MG (Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais), de medida liminar que determinou a suspensão do processo até decisão final de mandado de segurança.

Em nota oficial, divulgada no site do clube, Kalil se diz “indignado” com as denúncias, alega que não foi chamado pelo MP para dar nenhum esclarecimento e afirma que causa “estranheza” que um assunto “já explorado e esclarecido” tenha vido à tona novamente.

Também em nota, o MP afirma que, no decorrer das investigações, “tornou-se indispensável o pedido de quebra de sigilos” e afirma que todos os investigados foram notificados. 

Segundo informações do jornal O Globo, a ação se refere ao período de janeiro de 1998 a dezembro de 2006 e foi estendido ao ex-assessor especial da presidência, Hissa Elias Moyses, consultor de área esportiva do BMG, e a cinco empresas, incluindo a Erkal Engenharia Ltda., de propriedade de Kalil. 

Ainda no site oficial do clube, Kalil se compromete a colocar a disposição do MP as contas e toda a documentação necessária e ainda alega que a medida teria caráter “intimidatório”.
“Esses empréstimos nunca circularam em minha conta, nem na conta de minha empresa. 

Eram tomados no banco em meu nome e transferidos diretamente ao clube, que por sua vez pagava, também diretamente à instituição financeira, como prova toda documentação que tenho em minhas mãos. Tal transação será devidamente comprovada na quebra de meu sigilo bancário", salienta o presidente do Atlético-MG.

De acordo com o MP, o empréstimo era tomado pelos dirigentes e, posteriormente, o recurso seria repassado ao clube com juros acima de mercado. Somente numa operação, o empresário Alexandre Kalil, pessoa física, teria emprestado R$ 1 milhão e recebido R$ 1,07 milhão após seis dias, o que equivale a juros de 35% ao mês, proporcionalmente. Sua firma, a Erkal Engenharia, contraiu 12 empréstimos e repassou para o Atlético cobrando taxas consideradas abusivas, entre junho de 2000 e outubro de 2005.

Então finalmente alguma alma solitária resolve investigar o que esta acontecendo no futebol profissional brasileiro. Que funcione com o efeito dominó, seja apenas o primeiro, porque estamos vendo nosso futebol descer pelo ralo de um esgoto cheio de mentiras e de falsos torcedores que se tornam cartolas apenas para saquear as instituições, e isto é uma vergonha.

O mesmo aconteceu em Londres, neste ano, com as Olimpíadas. Na categoria duas estrelas, o preço subiu em média 45,89%, de US$ 103 para US$ 150 a diária.

"Vamos mostrar ao turista que Belo Horizonte pode ter outros atrativos, por ser uma cidade menor e mais aconchegante", garante Rafaela Fagundes, da ABIH-MG. "O empresário que achar que vai poder vender muito caro a diária pode acabar tendo seus quartos esvaziados, como aconteceu no Rio", diz o diretor do Sindicato de Hotéis, Restaurantes Bares e Similares de Belo Horizonte e Região Metropolitana (SINDHORB), Paulo César Pedrosa.

E se tem alguém pensando que esta atitude destes empresários de hotelaria de Belo Horizonte, irá ser única, pode tirar o cavalo da chuva, aqui em Recife e no resto das cidades sedes, tudo irá ter seus preços mudados para cima e muito mais que o dobro, afinal de contas o que escuto é que Copa das Confederações, só vamos ter uma, então porque perder esta oportunidade de tirar vantagem.

A comitiva fez breve reunião no aeroporto de Confins, onde autoridades locais apresentaram os projetos da cidade para a Copa das Confederações FIFA 2013 e para o Mundial de 2014. “São mais de 50 projetos, incluindo a pré-operação para os jogos. Teremos corredores do centro para o estádio liberados para o tráfego de automóveis e ônibus já para a Copa das Confederações”, disse o prefeito Márcio Lacerda. A capital tem oito obras de mobilidade urbana previstas, entre elas três Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), que ficarão prontos para o mundial de 2014.

O ministro do Esporte, Aldo Rebelo, destacou o avanço das obras na capital mineira, tanto de mobilidade urbana quanto do Mineirão. “É seguramente uma das mais belas arenas de todo o mundo. Visitar Belo Horizonte é sempre um momento de confiança e de otimismo na capacidade do estado e do Brasil em realizar a Copa de acordo com as expectativas de todos”, disse.

A entrada da comitiva no Mineirão foi feita pelo mesmo local onde os atletas entrarão em campo em dia de jogos. Animada pela mascote oficial da Copa, a delegação participou do plantio simbólico da primeira muda da grama do estádio. “Estou realmente impressionado, já estamos falando do plantio do gramado e isso é importante”, afirmou Jérôme Valcke.

A entrega da obra do Mineirão no prazo previsto – 21 de dezembro deste ano – foi reafirmada pelo governador de Minas Gerais, Antonio Anastasia, que prevê o jogo inaugural da arena para o primeiro bimestre de 2013. “Antes teremos eventos culturais, de lazer, de apresentação do estádio à sociedade. Serão festejos para celebrar o renascimento deste grande patrimônio para os mineiros”, disse.

Ricardo Trade, do COL, disse que a ideia é realizar um ou dois eventos-teste antes da Copa das Confederações e destacou o trabalho conjunto entre os níveis de governo (local, estadual e federal), COL e FIFA em Minas. “Já estamos preparando a operação, discutindo o transporte com o estado e o município. Estamos vendo a Copa das Confederações chegar”.
