A assembleia geral do Clube dos 13 marcada para esta terça às 14h terá como principal assunto a luta dos clubes dissidentes, que já fecharam com a Rede Globo, pela anulação do contrato assinado entre a entidade e a Rede TV!, Vencedora e única concorrente no processo de licitação promovido pelo C13 no início de março deste ano.

Com a renúncia do São Paulo do cargo de vice-presidente do Clube dos 13 nesta segunda feira e após declarações do presidente são paulino Juvenal Juvêncio apontando para um possível acordo com a TV Globo, esvaziou-se a base de apoio de Fábio Koff, que ainda conta com Atlético-MG e Atlético-PR.

Em entrevista à Rádio Estadão ESPN nesta segunda-feira, o dirigente do São Paulo, João Paulo de Jesus Lopes, afirmou a decisão aconteceu pela necessidade de se debater o futuro da entidade. "A relação do São Paulo com o Clube dos 13 não mudou nada, o São Paulo não está saindo, nem rompendo com o C13. O presidente entende que não existe mais a necessidade da presença dele. Até para deixar mais à vontade, já que o C13 vive um momento em que os demais associados querem debater, querem discutir os seus rumos, deixar mais a vontade para que esse debate seja estabelecido", explicou.

Dos 20 integrantes do C13, 14 já assinaram individualmente acordos para a venda dos direitos de transmissão de seus jogos com a TV Globo. Caso o São Paulo também entre em acordo com a emissora carioca, estará se juntando a Flamengo, Fluminense, Vasco, Botafogo, Bahia, Corinthians, Coritiba, Cruzeiro, Goiás, Grêmio, Vitória, Santos, Sport e Palmeiras.

Pressionado, Koff já admitiu que a decisão do futuro da entidade esteja nas mãos de seus integrantes. "Quem decide tudo são os clubes. Eu sou só o presidente, que os represento. Nem voto. São os times que vão dizer se querem que o Clube dos 13 continue a existir ou não", disse o presidente do C13 após a audiência na Comissão de Educação do Senado destinada a discutir a venda dos direitos de transmissão dos jogos do Campeonato Brasileiro a partir do ano que vem.

Porém, a prioridade na assembleia para os clubes que já fecharam seus contratos individualmente é a anulação do acordo entre C13 e Rede TV!, Acabando com a batalha jurídica e prevalecendo a vontade da maioria dos afiliados de manter o acordo com a Globo.

Primeiro clube a anunciar o acordo independente do Clube dos 13, o Grêmio será representado na assembleia pelo vice-presidente Francisco Santos, pois o presidente Paulo Odone, assim como o vice Eduardo Antonini estarão acompanhando a delegação que viaja ao Chile para enfrentar a Universidad Catolica, no jogo de volta pelas oitavas de final da Libertadores.

Em contato com a reportagem do ESPN.com.br, o representante do clube gaúcho acredita que a anulação do contrato com a Rede TV! Acontecerá sem resistência. "As ideias já estão, de certa forma, colocadas. A maioria dos clubes acertou em negociação isolada, ajustou o contrato independentemente desse processo de liderança do C13 e espera poder seguir em frente sem ser molestado por uma situação que já ficou para trás, não faz sentido nem discutir", disse Francisco Santos.

Questionado sobre um possível interesse de seu clube sair do C13, Santos negou que o Grêmio esteja interessado em uma dissolução da entidade e acredita que este tema não fará parte dos debates da assembleia. "Não caberia levar esta questão, pois ela nem está na pauta da reunião. Não interessa ao Grêmio acabar com o Clube dos 13, nós queremos é consolidar a situação dos contratos", garantiu.

Seguindo a mesma linha, o presidente do Bahia, Marcelo Guimarães Filho, espera o fim da batalha jurídica. "Nós, do Bahia, entendemos que não cometemos nada ilícito, assim como os outros clubes que assinaram com a Globo, e outro ponto importante a ser debatido é o contrato que foi fechado com a Rede TV!, que não tem validade e isso precisa ficar bem claro", afirmou. O presidente também nega que haja uma vontade de extinguir o C13, mas aposta em uma transição por meio de reformas no estatuto.

"Já existe uma entidade que, obviamente, com seus erros e acertos, já fez muito pelo interesse dos clubes. A posição do Bahia é que se caminhe para uma transição, tudo de maneira civilizada, com uma reforma do estatuto, para, quem sabe, a criação de uma liga. Mas não adianta falar em liga sem resolver esta questão [dos contratos]", finalizou.

Para Gustavo Dubeux, presidente do Sport, não há dúvida de que o C13 trabalhará a favor do interesse da maioria dos afiliados em anular o acordo assinado com a Rede TV!. "Isso será discutido, não haverá necessidade de fechamento do Clube dos 13, existe boa vontade de todos os clubes envolvidos e inclusive do presidente Fábio Koff para que isso [anulação] aconteça", afirmou Dubeux.

O C13, assim como o presidente do Atlético-MG, estão aguardando o andamento da reunião para de posicionar. "Não tenho nem ideia, nem noção do que pode acontecer. Tudo vai depender de amanhã", afirmou Kalil na véspera da assembleia.

Só quero dizer uma coisa, quando eles falam SIM, é porque é NÃO. Então acredito que o Clube dos 13 está morto.

Alex Silva se disse um homem de caráter, que sempre respeitou o São Paulo, e explicou que a notícia sobre uma possível ida para o Sporting teria sido veiculada na imprensa portuguesa após um dos candidatos à eleição do clube ter dito que o contrataria caso vencesse.

"Juvenal disse ao jornal Lance! que eu inventei a proposta do Sporting de Portugal. Então a imprensa de Portugal está ficando louca. Que eu saiba não fui eu que liguei para a imprensa de lá e não fui eu que disse que se o presidente (fosse) eleito, me contrataria. Quem disse que me contrataria se ganhasse a eleição foi o presidente eleito agora. Procura se informar, Juvenal, para depois falar", disparou o zagueiro.

A partir deste momento, Alex Silva passou a se referir diretamente a Juvenal Juvêncio. O zagueiro citou a sua saída do clube em 2008, como exemplo e disse que iria embora agora, caso quisesse, mas garantiu amar o São Paulo.

Ao Lance! Juvenal garantiu que iria comprar o zagueiro. Alex ainda garantiu que toda esta história o deixou ainda mais motivado para a partida desta quarta-feira contra o Goiás, em Goiânia, pela Copa do Brasil.

O atual presidente Juvenal Juvêncio é o favorito absoluto para as eleições do São Paulo desta quarta-feira. No cargo desde 2006, o mandatário avisa ser democrática sua permanência pelo voto dos conselheiros e confirma o sonho de ter o Morumbi incluído no cronograma da Copa do Mundo de 2014.

Advogado, de 75 anos, Juvenal concedeu entrevista à agência Gazeta Esportiva, respondendo a duas questões específicas e quatro iguais às feitas ao opositor Edson Lapolla.

Gazeta Esportiva: A plataforma política do senhor tem como principais pontos as melhorias na infra-estrutura do clube, como CT da Barra Funda, Morumbi e CFA de Cotia. É possível prever alguma grande contratação ao mesmo tempo em que faz investimentos na parte estrutural do clube?

Juvenal Juvêncio: O primeiro item da minha plataforma de administração para o triênio 2011/2014 menciona a qualificação constante da equipe de futebol profissional, com o aproveitamento de jogadores da base e a complementação com contratações de atletas de alto nível, visando à conquista de títulos nas competições das quais o clube venha a participar. Já há algum tempo, as unidades de negócio do futebol e do Estádio do Morumbi/CTs estão separadas, de modo que as fontes de receita e despesas de uma não interferem nas demais. E todas elas são superavitárias. De modo que, não há nenhum prejuízo para o futebol com a realização das obras estruturais.

GE: A oposição contesta a candidatura do senhor na Justiça. O senhor teme ficar marcado como antidemocrático por concorrer novamente à presidência?

Juvenal Juvêncio: Antidemocrático é não respeitar o resultado eleitoral, e, sendo reiteradamente derrotado nas urnas, exercer abusivamente o direito de petição ao Poder Judiciário como uma tentativa, inócua, de criar factóides e tumultuar a vida política do clube. Na gloriosa história do São Paulo Futebol Clube, grandes obras e grandes realizações, de grandes presidentes, foram realizadas em mais do que dois mandatos, como no caso do presidente Cícero Pompeu de Toledo, do presidente Laudo Natel e do presidente Henry Aidar, não havendo nisso nada de antidemocrático, visto que, como agora, foi a expressão da vontade dos órgãos competentes para a tomada desse tipo de decisão, refletida no Estatuto do Clube.

GE: Atualmente, o São Paulo não tem boa relação política com Federação Paulista de Futebol e Confederação Brasileira de Futebol. Qual a posição que o senhor pretende adotar em relação às duas entidades nos próximos três anos?

Juvenal Juvêncio: Não é verdade que o São Paulo Futebol Clube não tem boa relação com a Federação Paulista de Futebol e com a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol. O São Paulo Futebol Clube tem uma relação respeitosa com as duas entidades, das quais é parte integrante. Inclusive, no caso da Federação Paulista de Futebol, o São Paulo é fundador. Mas relação respeitosa não se confunde com relação submissa, com a perda da independência e da capacidade crítica. O São Paulo Futebol Clube não abre mão da sua independência e entende que isso não implica, necessariamente, a manutenção de uma relação ruim com as entidades de administração do esporte, muito pelo contrário.

GE: O senhor acredita na possibilidade de o Morumbi ser recolocado no cronograma da Copa do Mundo de 2014? Este é um projeto do senhor?

Juvenal Juvêncio: Eu acredito no estádio do Morumbi, por estar construído e em pleno funcionamento. Por ser um estádio que se mantém absolutamente bem conservado e que se moderniza a cada dia. Por estar localizado numa área nobre da cidade de São Paulo, com a proximidade com hospitais de alto nível, uma farta rede hoteleira e centro de serviços. Por vir a ser, nos próximos anos, altamente acessível pela Linha Amarela do Metrô e pela Linha 17 Ouro, cujos planos para construção estão em pleno andamento. É, sem dúvida alguma, a melhor opção da cidade de São Paulo para receber a Copa do Mundo de 2014.

GE: O senhor é favorável a uma mudança estatutária para permitir o voto direto dos sócios nas eleições para presidente?

Juvenal Juvêncio: Entendo que os mecanismos institucionais definidos e aprimorados pelo Conselho Deliberativo do São Paulo Futebol Clube ao longo das décadas, desde a sua fundação nos anos 30, são o grande fator que contribuiu para que o clube tivesse atingido o nível de excelência na composição do seu patrimônio singular e no âmbito das expressivas conquistas esportivas realizadas pelo clube.

GE: Por que o senhor se considera mais preparado que seu adversário para ser presidente do São Paulo?

Juvenal Juvêncio: Porque tenho a experiência necessária para dar continuidade aos projetos de absoluta relevância que estão em curso, muitos deles iniciados na minha gestão.

Porque conheço quais são as próximas etapas e os obstáculos para conclusão da reforma do Estádio do Morumbi, das obras do CT de Cotia. Porque tenho serviços prestados e realizações a apresentar. Porque tenho força, energia e disposição para continuar dedicando todo tempo necessário para a administração desse clube, o que não é tarefa que possa ser tocada por quem não tiver todos os requisitos acima e o conhecimento que o cargo demanda.

Acabei de falar sobre isto, na própria FIFA temos o mau exemplo do Sr. Joseph Blatter que não quer deixar seu posto mesmo tendo passado 3 mandatos. O que podemos falar do Sr. Juvenal Juvêncio, nada, e temos os exemplos aflorando em todo o mundo, CONMEBOL, CBF, Federações Estaduais, infelizmente o negócio está sedimentado e cheirando a Ditadura aqui no Brasil, na America do Sul e na Suíça.

GE: Currently, Sao Paulo does not have good political relationship with the Federation Paulista of Football (FPF) and the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). What position do you intend to adopt in relation to the two entities over the next three years?

Juvenal Juvencio: Not true that the São Paulo Futebol Clube do not have good relationship with the Football Association and the Brazilian Football Confederation. The Sao Paulo Football Club has a respectful relationship with the two entities, which is a part. Even in the case of the Paulista Football Federation, Sao Paulo is the founder. Respectful but not confused with submissive relationship, with the loss of independence and critical capacity. The Sao Paulo Football Club will not give up its independence and believes that this does not necessarily imply the maintenance of a bad relationship with the national administration of the sport, quite the contrary.

GE: Do you believe in the possibility of Morumbi be replaced in the schedule of the World Cup in 2014? This is a project of the Lord?

Juvenal Juvencio: I believe in the Morumbi stadium, being built and fully operational. Being a stadium that holds fairly well preserved and that is modernizing every day. Being located in a prime area of São Paulo with the proximity to top-level hospitals, hotels and a rich network services center. By becoming, in the coming years, highly accessible by the Metro Yellow Line and Gold Line 17, whose plans for construction are in full swing? GE: Do you favor a statutory change to allow the direct vote of the shareholders in the election for president?

GE: Why did you consider yourself more prepared than your opponent to be president of the Sao Paulo?
